The service and all the staff were very welcoming. The major thing that let things down was our very small room on the 3rd floor that we paid a lot of money for. The room had no drawers in it to place your clothes, the cupboard that was also the wardrobe had no space to place your clothes as there was an iron board and 2 hotel robes already in this space and these items filled this space , there was no where else to put these items in the room! Our room was also a sea view! There was one small window that you could see the sea, I wouldn’t describe it as a sea view and pay extra cash for it. Lovely hotel with great staff but our stay was spoiled with our sub standard room.

Stylish & comfortable. had dinner in The Rabbit, limited vegan options so server asked chef if he could make something else as they were quiet. A delicious linguine arrived. He didn't need to do that but it was greatly appreciated.

Fabulous, warm, friendly welcome and service in sumptuous surroundings. Superb dinner and amazing breakfast with stunning views over to the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig.

It was a Christmas treat!
We were gifted the stay as a wedding gift from friends like all the guests we were treated so well throughout our stay , beautiful location and buildng, professional well trained staff and some of the best food i have tasted in a long time would espeically recomend the fish and chips, the garlic butter chicken curry and the marvellous rice pudding bruille .
First rate from check in to check out cant recomend enough

Hotel lovely as was room, just a hummimg noise from outside might have been bathroom air vent but as for room it was exceptional

Hotel was ok, two single beds pushed together in a double room, beds were too soft and room was too hot.
