Good stay Apartment was very clean. Coffee and tea were complimentary. It was walkable to many restaurants. Parking was available and we only had to pay one time which was quick and easy to do as the pay station was very close. Of note, the stairs to get to the apartment are steep and narrow. There was a step up from kitchen to living room. Anyone with mobility issues may be challenged with accessing the apartment. Host replied quickly with any questions.

Good location if you want to be in the heart of Dover. Very old property- has charm but also needs work.New bed & sleeper couch would be a big improvement!

Nice Place in a Great Location We very much enjoyed our stay. The location allowed easy walking to the many shops, restaurants, and interesting sites in downtown Dover. The property was clean, comfortable, and charmingly decorated. The thoughtful amenities were appreciated, especially the tea, coffee, filters, and Q tips.

Great space and amenities Travis’s apartment is a great place to stay. We were in town to visit our daughter at UNH. The location was great, walkable to great dining in Dover. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Lots of nice touches too! Plenty of towels, soap, kitchen had what we needed. Loved the eclectic furniture. Very charming. Always got a spot out front when we returned. Would definitely stay again when in that area.

Clean and large apartment Clean and large apartment. Location was ok Apartment needs lots of attention. Coat of paint would help a lot. Try and level floors a little so you don’t fill like your sliding down. Outside very bad, loads of debris, brush and garage all over. Noise level was crazy. Train goes by at least 2 times in the wee hours of the morning. They blow the whistle too, just to let you know they are there! Garbage truck was out at 6am, working people out the door starting at 7am. Not the neighborhood I would choose to vacation in again. Travis was excellent in his communication.
