I will always stay at this hotel when I visit Miami from now on. The staff is like Family. They are incredible. They go out of their way to make you feel safe and taken care of. Sergio was my shuttle driver, he was the best! He was able to take me within 3 miles of anywhere I wanted to go and pick me up! Ramiro and Luz were Front desk, and they were simply amazing and so accommodating. my friends stayed at a fancy hotel, and did not have all of the amenities and luxuries I had at Sonesta they were jealous! If you want to enjoy your Miami, stay definitely stay here.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Also, being directly in the flight path of MIA you’d expect to hear jets flying overhead all night but it was shockingly quiet. I didn’t hear a single plane.

It's right on the airport flight path, so it can be a little noisy. And the Wifi in my room was very poor. The staff was great though, and the room and bed were very comfortable.

Rooms are nice and spacious
The airport transportation ends at 10 pm and is hourly which is inconvenient

Advertised an airport shuttle but it didn’t start til 6 and we needed it at 5:30, so that was a bummer. But otherwise great place to stay

Easy check in and check out. Room in excellent condition, good location near many businesses, restaurants and the airport. Great staff. Parking lot lights somewhat dim... unassuming building ..its a good choice nevertheless..

The Hotel promise shuttle service, and this was not provided since the driver left at 9:30pm and the arrival was at 10:20pm and I had to pay a UBER for $33.00 to ride from the MIA airport to the hotel. Also, I had to pay next day (today) for the ride back to the Airport from the Hotel, another $25.00, this is unacceptable, and the property should be held accountable.
