衞生直接不行，和對象經常去外地住酒店，從來沒有得過皮疹，住的時候感覺身上癢，以為是蕁麻疹，馬上過年一直拖着沒當回事，越來越嚴重。今天去查上來問我是不是住酒店了，是因為環境不乾淨。其他地方無論是服務還是設施都很滿意，希望以後對衞生多上心。

商務出差首選，乾淨衞生，環境安靜，服務也很不錯，緊靠當地夜市及各大商超，超級方便，前台服務人員非常瞭解酒店周邊訊息，諮詢的問題都能一一解答，下次還會繼續入住

房間衞生條件堪憂，一股怪味兒，給前台打電話説換房間不給換。服務態度極差！掰扯半天給換了間，房間裏的水還是被喝過半瓶的！早上13樓兩個保潔在樓道里喊來喊去讓人沒辦法睡覺。但凡有點素質的都知道在公共場所不要大聲喧嘩，素質堪憂。退房前台扣扣搜搜要兩瓶水不給，衹給一瓶還説就給一瓶就可以了，從來沒見過哪個酒店是這樣的！我真的謝謝你。
就這酒店服務態度，真的垃圾，在這裏服務的都是大爺，住了就等着後悔吧！給一星我都覺得多了！

衞生很好，設施很新，停車位很多，衹不過第一次開到地庫裏了，地庫坡上居然有辦米高的門檻，差點撞到，然後倒車從坡道上倒出來的，真難啊，希望加強入口引導

去黃河口的歇腳地，住的舒服，客服周到，還送了孩子專用的拖鞋。但早餐真的是需要加強，種類很少，牛奶有些涼，和酒店規模不匹配啊
