Very disappointed stayed. Unprofessional afternoon manager. Booked room thru trip.com. for my 9 traveller on 16 May 2023. still need to pay to hotel if customer request Twin bed change to double bed. Meaning i pay double. What is the point we book from trip.com.
I stay in Horizon, Mandarin, Klagen hotel I don't have this problem. They do their best to handle our request during our stay on 18 May 2023.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is not far from Kota Kinabalu International Airport. The check in was smooth and fast. We stayed at level 2. The room is clean and nice with two single beds. I concerned about the iron. It wasn't practical to use because was not hot enough when ironing clothes. Overall, I satisfied.
