I absolutely loved my stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the service is great and the staff is helpful, kind and friendly. On my first day I ordered food to my room and because it was busy (May holiday rush) my food took a while to arrive but the duty manager Mr King came to assure me that, that's not the kind of service I should expect from them going forward and to apologize for the delay. Needless to say, I enjoyed my full stay there without any problems. The front desk staff was also helpful whenever I needed help with anything. I'll definitely visit again.

It was an impressive, futuristic experience from start to finish. The smart room technology added a level of convenience and luxury that truly set this hotel apart. From automated lighting and temperature controls to voice-activated assistance, every aspect of the room was designed to enhance comfort and ease. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I felt welcomed and well-cared for throughout my visit. One of the standout features of my stay was the smart toilet. This is a great value-adding amenity, particularly because it's rare to find a ”Shatafa” in China. Arab travelers will especially appreciate this thoughtful inclusion. Overall, it is absolutely worth the money. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience and will definitely revisit whenever I am in Dalang

Check in and check out went smoothly as long as you can converse in Chinese, I used Google Translate and it worked well. We were in a king room and it was quite spacious, there was sufficient room to keep our toiletries by the sink and our luggage. We had a sofa, table and small chair in our room. There is a smart toilet with a heated seat. The shower pressure is really good. There is one English speaking channel. I liked that there was no carpet in the room but laminated floors. A real bonus was free laundry and they had 5 washers and dryers on the 12th floor. The hotel is within walking distance to MixC mall which is very modern and there were many eateries in the mall. Another bonus is the Songshanbei intercity railway station which is about 200m from the hotel. You can buy a ticket very cheaply and ride to Guangzhou South railway station but it is really slow, it took about 1 hour. If you are unlucky you could be standing but if you leave around 10ish you should be able to get a seat. They offer breakfast for a fee which we did not partake in. Within walking distance there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s inside the mall. I would recommend this hotel to others because of the many eateries, intercity railway station, laundry facilities and cleanliness.i

The hotel has a great location, very close to entertainment facilities. I was given a room without a good view which was a bit disappointing. But the hotel is busy too with many events happening during my two days of stay.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy with all the necessary facilities. Staff at the front desk are all friendly and helpful providing us travel tips without asking. The breakfast is good and surprisingly afternoon tea and late evening tea are also provided. An extra credit.

The complimentary cocktail was really good, and the bartender was handsome, humorous, and fun. The front desk lady was beautiful and provided excellent service. The projector room was spacious, and the projection was clear and great. The environment is beautiful, and the price is affordable, offering great value for money. The location is easy to find, and breakfast was pretty good too. It would be even better if they had some soup noodles or similar options.

I was instantly hooked on this store after my first visit. The peripherals are responsive and the screen is incredibly clear and easy on the eyes. The environment is impeccably clean, the bedding is spotless and comfortable, the lighting creates a wonderful ambiance, and the owner is very friendly. I'll definitely choose this store again for my next gaming session.

Our favorite resort in Songshan Lake. We love to take our family for a relaxing pool day with Japanese baths. The pool and baths are right on the most tranquil part of the Songshan Lake. We really appreciated the warm welcome for our return and we were even given an upgrade for our continued patronage.

The hotel is in a great location, with a shopping mall downstairs and a beautiful environment. You can see the mountain view when you open the curtains. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel service attitude is very good, special thanks to Xiaoyu at the kiosk, and there is a robot to deliver to your door.
