InterContinental Dongguan

De kamer was te laat klaar en toen moesten we nog een hele tijd wachten, hoewel we al bijna 16.00 uur aankwamen. Het personeel was niet erg goed opgeleid.  Kon niet goed in het Engels communiceren.

The InterContinental Hotel is amazing. The location is perfect. Next to a mall with many delicious restaurants. Next to a metro station (walking distance). The hotel is spacious and luxurious! Equipped with everything you need. Toiletries, fresh towels, comfortable bed and pillows. The swimming poor is nice and heated during the winter time. The sauna is also a relaxing room. The continental breakfast is better delicious. I highly suggest this hotel to everyone. Thank you.

Impressive service, sincere staff！ This is the first time I stay in here and I already fell in love with this hotel！Service at its best！ Staff in FO part by jackson were so nice, patient and friendly. Despite the long waiting line, staff still showed a great attitude and started some sincere small talks with every visitor. Big salute to best service ever seen. Dinner Buffet in Cafe, honestly, not the most delicious one, but the overall service in the restaurant was so outstanding. Staff here are welcoming, polite and professional. When some dishes were sold out, they usually refilled it with speed. And staff here were so active and willing to help. Don't have to say anything, they already approached to you and offered helps. Thanks to all the staff in cafe, didn't miss a single greetings or goodbyes. Loved it, so heart-warming. Plus, a little food quality related accident happened in the breakfast buffet. Staff deal with it immediately and seriously. I don't remember to ask your name, but I really appreciate your service and how you make sure everything settled down. Great thanks to you,Positive energy from staff shaped a chill and relaxing atmosphere here. The stay was so enjoyable and unforgettable. Recommended to family stay👍👍👍Will visit again in the future, hoping that I could surprise my parents in the next stay:)

I am very satisfied with the physical experience. Firstly, the hotel's service is impressive, and the front desk staff Jessica is always enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. They quickly solved any of my problems and made me feel at home. The comfort of the room is also impressive, with soft and comfortable beds, spacious and bright rooms, and complete facilities. I particularly enjoy the facilities in the room, especially the luxurious bathroom and top-notch toiletries. The hotel's catering service is also excellent. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and you can taste fresh and delicious food every day. The staff always maintain high efficiency, allowing me to start a wonderful day every day. In addition, the location of the Intercontinental Hotel is very convenient, with many attractions and shopping centers around, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel. Great Location and great service. Quick response to any query made.

The guest room is spacious. The complimentary disinfection liquid and tissues give extra hygiene protection. The buffet breakfast provides wide range of food. However, the coffee and tea service has room for improvement as our orders were missed. It would be great if soy milk and oat milk are available for coffee.
