This hotel is a disaster with surly untrained employees and absent management. We checked in at 3:30pm having travelled all day from southern Spain only to be told the room was not ready. It became available 15 minutes later. Being hungry we went to the brasserie which was not open for food until 7pm. We went back at 7 and were told the brasserie was fully booked. We asked to see the manager of the hotel but he was not on the premises. No room service and the restaurant won’t open until 2025. Today the lift is out of service so climb the stairs with luggage to get to the room. Absolutely no assistance. Enter the room at 5:30pm and it is still not made up. Breakfast is a scrum of people in an overcrowded room. Scrambled eggs made from powdered eggs and stone cold.

Super ! La chambre était au top et très grande avec douche a l’italienne et baignoire pour le repas du soir était très bon et sort de l’ordinaire et sucré et salé Le massage était très bien La piscine intérieure était très chaude et le jacuzzi excellent Dommage pour la piscine extérieure nous pouvions pas nous baigner car le temps était pas très chaud et très peu de soleil À refaire !!

Super séjour ! Cadre parfait pour un week end de repos ! Très bon repas à la brasserie le soir et petit déjeuner copieux le matin ! Le spa est bien équipé avec une offre de massage qui permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur ! Personnel très accueillant et de bons conseils ! Nous espérons pouvoir revenir prochainement une fois le restaurant gastronomique ouvert !

Très beau domaine, vaste, calme avec de beaux espaces verts. Chambre très confortable et petits-déjeuners très copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Ayant profité des soins et du SPA nous sommes extrêmement satisfaites tant par les lieux, l'accueil que par les soins. La carte de la brasserie est soignée et les plats délicieux. Félicitations au chef. Petit bémol: il manque des panneaux d'indication, notamment à partir du parking nord. Nous avons quelque peu errés à notre arrivée avant de trouver la réception. Quelques serviettes manquantes dans la chambre à notre arrivée (1 jeu pour 2) Le service en brasserie est de qualité variable, avec deux erreurs dans la commande le premier soir. Très bien le deuxième soir. Je recommande néanmoins.

Très joli endroit ! Très vert, très agréable, très calme ! Parfait pour se ressourcer. J'ai séjourné dans une des chambres du bâtiment Cyprès, moderne par conséquent. Chambre cosy, décorée avec gout. Produits de bain Sothys. La brasserie 205 sur place est ultra agréable et délicieux ! Point d'amélioration (remonté au staff de la réception) : la signalétique pour trouver la réception (qui est au château) lorsqu'on se gare au parking Nord (comme requis dans l'email de check-in) fait cruellement défaut. Nous avons été plusieurs à ne pas savoir où nous rendre et à aller en direction du bâtiment accueillant la Brasserie et le Spa, où se trouve un écriteau indiquant que la Réception est au Château. Les 1ères impressions sont essentielles, c'est bien connu (et j'ai travaillé en hôtellerie haut de gamme) et celle d'avoir l'impression d'être dans un jeu de piste, bagages à la main, n'est pas très optimale. Il faudrait mettre un panneau indiquant la Réception au parking Nord et/ou indiquer dans l'email de check-in de se rendre d'abord au parking Sud situé face au Château afin d'accéder aisément à la Réception, avant d'être ensuite dirigé vers les chambres/le parking Nord.

Le personnel est très professionnel, très agréable et très sympathique. Le spa est très agréable et les horaires sont top! Pour le petit déjeuner, grand choix de produits sauf en salé et pas toujours de très bonne qualité (fromages, oeufs (3FR)...). Privilégier plutôt les produits locaux et bio. Restauration au bar (snacking) délicieuse. Une chambre décorée avec goût et une literie très confortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avions réservé une suite. Très belle et spacieuse. Le seul hic.. Une propreté approximative, des insectes morts dans la douche (fissurée d'ailleurs), et une belle faucheuse au plafond.. Le mini bar vide. Le personnel est gentil, le spa est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner mériterait un meilleur réassort.

Je recommande le domaine de Dolomieu tant pour le parc, la qualité du spa que pour la brasserie. Un vrai moment de qualité et de repos. Le personnel de l'établissement est au petit soin et très professionnel. Allez y les yeux fermés ! Calme et sérénité :-)
