فندق فخم ونظيف يوفر كل ما يحتاجه الزائر.
يتوفر مواقف سيارات مجانية في القبو بالإضافة الى المواقف الخارجية. طاقم العمل ودودين وتم عمل الدخول والخروج سريعاً. يتمتع بقربه من مول سيتي سنتر.
يتوفر الشاي وغلاية الماء والمياه معدنية. بالإضافة الى توفر صندوق السلامة، شبشب، فوط استحمام، صابون، شامبو، معجون وفرشة أسنان، شماعات الملابس و سجادة صلاة.
جدران الحمام زجاجية شفافة مزودة بستائر يمكن التحكم في رفعها او انزالها.
المرحاض داخل الحمام له باب زجاجي مرمل.
A luxurious and clean hotel that provides everything a visitor needs.
Free parking is available in the basement in addition to outdoor parking. The staff was friendly and check-in and check-out was quick. It is close to City Center Mall.
Tea, kettle and mineral water are available. In addition, a safety box, slippers, bath towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, clothes hangers and a prayer rug.
The bathroom walls are transparent glass, equipped with curtains that can be raised or lowered.
The toilet inside the bathroom has a frosted glass door.

今天發生了一件事情，當地時間晚上8點半我在房間裏，門鈴響了兩下，沒等我去開門，門被推開了，兩個身穿保潔服的兩個人看見我在房間裏，就把門關了，我再次把門打開，我問他們有什麼事情，他們説打掃，我説不需要，再説房間也已經被打掃乾淨了，為什麼沒有晚上八點半了還來打掃特別不理解就下去找了前台説明情況，前台説會跟他們經理説。我會來在次跟攜程客服説明情況，攜程客服也特別重視這個問題，當時國內正是凌晨，在攜程客服的努力下把事情解決了，非常感謝攜程客服。

Zeer tevreden over housekeepingservice. Shubham and Mithu van de housekeeping waren een superteam. Het ontbijt was goed . Voor Europese maatstaven was het een beetje duur maar je krijgt daar ook wel wat voor terug . Verder tevreden over de accomodaties zoals zwembad en spa etc.

It was fantastic stay! Good breakfast good location amazing breakfast and very excellent service from Alexander and the rest of the staff! The information and the service we get after arrived at the hotel was smooth. The guy (forgot his name) giving us briefing with all the information during check in.

Receptionist was friendly upon arrival and he was being detailed about not just the introduction of the hotel but the surrounding of the hotel as well. Room was clean and supplied two big bottles of water which is an extra mark for me at least. If only the breakfast selection can be more variety, that would be great.

Very beautiful rooms and a very good location. Breakfast was very good. Nice bakery downstairs and a Thai restaurant. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Those into classic cars might enjoy a nice classic car at the lobby. Overall I had a great stay. Rooms were very high tech and new.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. The bellman named Ibrahim was so nice and helpful.

Amazing stay and very luxurious Hotel and the pool on the roof with great view Thanks to ibrahim Hospitality his Smile and amazing Arabic coffee The Room is clean with beautiful fragrance and the bathroom is super try the Amazing shower gel and also the Double room is with queen size bed good comfortable with soft pillows.
