Een heel prachtig en charmant h tel omringd met een van de beste werknemers die altijd helpen met de glimlach, h tel is erg schoon eten is erg aardige barman is erg vriendelijk en beleefd, een van de beste animatieteams die je ooit kunt zien, ze doen ze het beste om de dag actief te houden met verschillende activiteiten en natuurlijk vergeten we niet elke avond het nachtfeest en de shows te vermelden. Bedankt allemaal voor de geweldige tijd die we hier hebben doorgebracht, we zijn zeker teruggekomen

We were happy with the service, especially Shawky from the hotel bar, Akram - waiter from the dining service and Madian from the pool bar. Beach boys and the animators were also very friendly. Cleaning service could be a little bit more perfect, nobody cleaned the mirror whole week and soap in the room was missing. Food was local and very tasty, the cooks were professional and very kind too. I appriciate that there was regular check-up of the food quality, a lady was checkin up the food temperatures and food quality carefully. Beach and seawater is clean. It was a great relaxing holiday

The best holiday ever had in Tunisia. I never visited Djerba before but the experience was incredible. Mme Amale et omni présent et à l'écoute a tous moment. The food was excellent and the staff were professional and at the disposal of the clients at all times . I recommend highly .

4 étoiles aux normes tunisiennes certains hôtels français devraient en prendre de la graine. Propreté du lieu (chambre, restaurant,bar,espaces communs) tout était parfait les repas proposés étaient variés et délicieux. La qualité de la literie top. Les excursions proposées par l’hôtel avec un vrai dépaysement à la clé. Les guides patients et passionnés. Sincèrement merci pour tout ces beaux moments et ces magnifiques souvenirs que nous allons ramener avec nous.

Super semaine à l’hôtel , super ambiance, une équipe d’animation cool et des animations variées comme spectacle fakir, djerbienne ou encore tunisienne j’ai adoré tchikata « pouchi » Merci aussi à Willy le fakir 🔥🔥
