Hotel Santiniketan

The hotel room is very good, we had room no.204,207,208,209.The room is very clean. Cleaning staff comes twice daily. They clean very well. It goes without saying that one of the best things about this hotel is the restaurant. Very good restaurant cuisine and restaurant rates are very pocket friendly.

Good ambience, Good behavior of staff Food quality not bad. Room and toilet clean during check in. Beautiful interior design. Quick response. No room cleaning service available. Bed sheet not good.

Our stay during our last visit was good. Positive things: 1. behavior of the staff was good. 2. Hotel has a premium look. 3. Bathroom was super-clean. 4. Did not require AC, inside the room it was cool during the first week of April. 5. Normal drinking water which was being supplied by the hotel was okay and did not have any problem. 6. Little bit away (5/7 mins) from the sea beach. 7. Food in the restaurant was awesome and the price was reasonable. Negative things: 1. I did not appreciate their policy of tips. All staff including the cook, helper of the cook, all the room service guys, and laundry service guys asked for tips! Even if they said it was not ***datory, on being asked, I had to pay them tips. 2. Floor seems to be moist. 3. Room allotted wasn't road-facing. Overall, we had a good experience. I would visit again the same hotel.

The position of the hotel is a short distance from the beach. The behavior of the hotel staff is friendly, cleanliness is very good. Room size is not very big but standard. All in all a reliable hotel to stay with family.

We stayed this property 19/10/23 to 24/10/23. Hotel is too far from beach .One of the ***ager of this hotel not well behaved and restaurant's food quality not so good. we are not satisfied hospitality of hotel santiniketan.

One of the Best mid-range hotel in New digha .. Specially the staff and the both ***ager(Mr.Soumitra,Mr.Shibaji)are always active to give you a best service..I visited here 4times .And also the food they serve are very delicious..After all a great experience..Thank you Team Shantiniketan

The in shown in picture and the room in hotel different,to small room, bad smell in room,no change to open window the room in ground floor. T.V also not working. Staff behaviour is good.Food quality is also good.

I have stayed in this hotel 2 times with my friends and family and found it to be the best hotel. This is my 3rd time but this time the experience is very bad. The room & bathroom is not cleaned, after dinner, lunch and breakfast home service they don't take away the plates all night and the room smells bad. But food taste is good.
