這家的入住體驗實在是太差了，前台服務人員態度惡劣，給了我們整個酒店最遠、最角落、三面都靠近高速公路的地方，非常吵，當我去找她交涉的時候，她説我是通過網上第三方（攜程Ctrip）訂的，訂單上就是靠近高速公路的，我訂這家酒店時根本沒有高速公路這個選項，而且我付了1390元人民幣。反覆交涉並出示訂單後，終於給我換了一個稍微安靜一點的房間，整個折騰下來就已經深夜了。
還要説一下，就是為什麼入住這家酒店，也是攜程微導遊給我們推薦的，説是有利於去舊金山，結果根本就是反方向，來回換酒店折騰費時費力費錢，攜程海外服務水平也亟待提高啊。

因為鄰近住在LA的親戚而住这裏、房間很大、2張5呎大床还有很多地方、一般個人清潔用品(洗发液、護髮素、冲涼梘、落粧棉、潤膚乳等都有、沒有牙刷牙膏)、還有泳池、包了基本早餐(咖啡、果汁、水果、漢堡肉、面包、、、也很豐富。但不要向马路邊的房間、因為旁邊是高速公路、很嘈、如果大件行李最好要求地下1F的房間、因為它是兩層高的平房、沒有電梯的,很多泊車位、一轉出大路便有加油站、也很方便．整体都不錯的。

The quality is beyond our expectation, the room was quieted and cleaned, style is updated, the jacuzzi was working and heated.
