Splendor Hotel

Nice clean rooms, smaller than the photos but the staff are amazing. Giselle and Cristian, thank you so much for being the BEST hosts and making our stay so enjoyable, you really did make it 5* for us. The breakfast is really nice. Pool area is gorgeous but it is family friendly hotel so keep that in mind :)

This hotel is overpriced There were many malfunctioning items in the room (mosquitos net, curtains, bathroom door, glass rail in the balcony). The sofa bed is not a proper bed They did not register the kids as guest of the hotel. The shower has no light and no hot water. Most of all we found, bugs in the bed sheets!!! Moreover the manager of the hotel was very rude. Is expected that if you ask for a lot of money you have to invest them in the maintenance of the rooms and provide an hospitality that is at least at the average standard in terms of safety and cleaning. This hotel is far below the 5 star rate.

The worst experience I've ever had From the beginning, when we wanted to book the rooms, the staff didn't answer and didn't even hang up on us. When we arrived at the hotel, the rooms we had booked were no longer available. I got the room with a view of the mountain even though we had booked it with views of the sea. We discussed it for about 20 minutes after the receptionist claimed to pay more as the exchange rate of the euro had fallen. It doesn't end there; there was no hot water in the shower room, and the lady of the staff laughed at our complaint and said no, it is not a big problem. They kept the garage closed, and our car was in the sun because they claimed that they had no vacant seats. The worst thing is that there were empty beer bottles under our bed.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Splendor. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was luxurious and impeccably clean, and the location was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly splendid experience.

The worst hotel Its fake 5stars We have been yesterday there was nobody No umbrellas in beach no summerbed all in trash The bar was not working nothing was good It was with breakfast and what we get in morning it was a breakfast maked in hurry whithout water jucie or coffe We ordered coffee and water and we had to pay extra for that

Its our 4th time that we come on vacation to this Beautiful and cozy and very relaxing place, we get the best service from the whole staff. We really have an amazing time that stays in our memory. I would recommend it all day long. Thank you for your top star service SPLENDOR.

It is definitely one of the very few good hotels in the area. I honestly don't think it is a 5 star hotel (probably no hotel in the area can be a 5-star hotel but that's another topic). It is a very good deal to visit it before the high peak season because of its cheaper prices. Nice rooms which were very clean, great staff, nice breakfast (I would like to compliment the chef who bakes the muffins or the cake for breakfast, they were simply amazing). Drawbacks: Not enough parking space and the road to the beach on foot sucks 🙈

Rooms are very clean, but small. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. The beach is 3 minutes from the hotel but the the way to the beach is very dirty. The place for parking is not enough. The restaurant by the sea has a very panoramic view but the prices too high for the quality.

We stayed here for three nights. It’s a 3 star hotel at best. The rooms are tiny with scant amenities. Lucky we brought our own toiletries. The lobby is humble and the sub par breakfast buffet was lacking to the point where guests were battling for the last pieces of cheese. For some reason they kept it stocked at a quarter of the level it needed to be with lots of empty platters. There was also a lack of utensils glasses beverages etc. I think the owners live there because while we were trying to get the last morsels of food for breakfast, there were so many kids opening cupboards and handling bread with their hands. These same kids roamed the place running up and down hallways by themselves. This happened the entirety of our stay. It was like visiting a day care. The road to the beach was rocky and dangerous for bare slippered toes. It’s not close by. It’s down a gravel road. The beach bar was pretty and the food there was good but the constant thumping of techno music blasting in our ears got super annoying. We stayed at the beach which was nice but when the swimming ended we were faced with the reality of going back to the day care hotel. During the last day, they never gave me a close out bill. They had a random stack of unitemized receipts that was my food bills for our stay. The receptionist said upon tallying they bill, “It looks like the computer says you owe $20 more but there is no receipt.” Can you pay it? I was in a hurry and our bus was leaving- I paid it so he didn’t have to take 15 more minutes to figure it out. As I was leaving I thought about how comical this 5 star hotel was. If given a choice, I’d stay down the road at the Dhermi promenade because this place was certainly no Splendor hotel.
