The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the city. Amari Hotel Dhaka is so far ranking number 1 on my list of hotels I've stayed in dhaka. Service excellent, very spacious room. Very comfortable beds. The roof top and bar is excellent, food very delicious. And the staff and friendly and provide a fantastic service. Thank you and oh yeah the views from the top floor 👏

The location of Hotel Tropical Daisy is excellent and very convenient, especially for getting around the city. That was definitely the best part of our stay. The room cleanliness was acceptable—okay overall, but there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. Staff responsiveness and support were quite limited, which affected the overall experience. The facilities were also below average; they felt outdated and lacked some basic comforts that travelers usually expect. Overall, this hotel may be suitable if location is your top priority, but improvements in service quality and facilities would make a big difference. This stay was as a couple, and while the location worked well, the overall experience was mixed.

Very secured place, homely environment, the food was yummy. Overall the hospitality was fantastic. Especially Shaurov and Saiful they were so good and look after us very professionally. Highly recommended.

negotiated hard for few hours extended checkout with the duty manager. booked massage for 1.5 hours, the lady asked to go to the shower before 20 minutes. not a good experience. but they still charge me for 1.5 hours.

Very clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay. Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down. Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough.

This hotel is great! The friendliness and great service of everyone that works there is a highlight. My apologies for being slightly impatient about airport pickup in the morning. I should have arranged it with you the day before. The free breakfast is great!! The lunch and menu is also very good. Thanks for everything!

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.

The breakfast have a good selection of choices and it is different everyday. Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoy it. The people in Bangladesh are courtesy and welcoming. Everyone is helpful and the area of this hotel is near to many other food choices of walking distance of 10-15 mins. The next biz trip will still select this hotel as my choice of stay.

Being a stranger in Dhaka, the hotel staff is showing their polite, passionate to their guest. I can feel cozy and warmth during my staying. The room is clean and the breakfast food is good. Every hotel staff can remember my favourite food and habit in 3 days only.
