房間乾淨整潔，温泉設施齊全，泳池也非常舒服，周圍的雪山非常漂亮，酒店前台的帥哥服務熱情周到！酒店離棕櫚泉小鎮開車20分鐘

The hotel could definitely use some updating but the atmosphere is super laid back and friendly. I frequent this hotel often.

I liked the mineral water pools, the pools are cleaned every day, the water is clean and there is little chlorine, good for treatment. Good service in the restaurant. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Thank you!

Didn’t feel safe staying there, as soon as I got there I heard people walking down the hall trying doors. Definitely an unsafe area and a rundown property.

The place was nice but the walk area 2nd floor , floors were weak & the guardrails needs to be higher for safety. Outdoor furniture was dated & unclean, could not dine on balcony bcuz of it. Great staff, food & pools & areas were clean. I feel like the slumber area is lacking. I would return but prefer 1st floor. Also need 2 bedside tables in rooms. New carpet/ stain resistant...big red stain in front of fridge. Some suspicious characters hanging around front entrance. Maybe a better entry gate system, not so far from the gate.

The multiple thermal hot pools are the real draw here. And they really are relaxing. The ambiance is great, but other details (TV, air conditioner, plumbing, door lock) are always kinda iffy so it helps to check that everything is working when you check into your room for the first time.

People in the room next to us partying kept us up until 2am. No phone in our room so we were unable to contact the front desk. The person at the front desk said they were unaware and apologized. I'll NOT be returning to this establishment. Very disappointed!!!
