perfect location, just 40 to 50 meter to the place for buying tickets and boarding to Sirmione;
lovely services, gentle and kind;
breakfast with many many choices, and the foods themselves tastes really good;
the shortages was that the bathroom is too small, and the door does not have a locking clasp when staying within the room.

Amazing location (I was travelling by train) , 10 minutes from thé station, 5 minutes from thé boat jetty/centre. Spotless, friendly, welcoming, comfortable, excellent value for money. An absolute gem of a hôtel with the most lovely staff you could wish for.

Friendly service. The receptionist / bar keeper was welcoming and went out of his way to show us our room and the breakfast room. He also recommended local restuarants to try. We wanted to try Grappa when we returned after our meal and he explained the different types and recommended one based on taste in wine.
On departure, the owner was on reception and explained the Ferrari theme in the bar and breakfast room. I would definitely use this hotel again. Location is ideal - about 10 minutes from the railway station and a quiet location about 3 minutes from the ferry terminal and harbour.

The hotel is in a great location for the old town. Literally a 2 min walk from hotel and you are at waterfront. We were a little worried reading previous reviews about noise from a neighbouring petrol station but we didnt notice it at all even with our room facing in that direction. Couldn't even see it unless you went looking for it. Hotel was clean and staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty to eat and choose from. The lady running breakfast service was always helpful and making sure everything was topped up. Our room was above Breakfast room so i'd wake to the smell of fresh baked croissants every morning. We booked a family room which is actually 2 interconnected rooms which was fine for us as it gave us 2 bathrooms and a bit more space. Overall we found it a great spot to stay and good value for money

Un hotel molto bello, pulito e vicino a negozi, centro e farmacie. Colazione molto abbondante e buona Camere da letto comode, bagno curato e con tanti coccole per gli ospiti Conta anche con parcheggi Lo raccomando per ubicazione e comodità
