Breakfast was good, staff was nice, area around the property was beautiful. Bed was very uncomfortable, in the span on 2 night averaged about 2 hours of sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable. My girlfriend ended up sleeping on the couch, she said it was more comfortable than the bed. Hot tub was open and there were people being loud and obnoxious that also made it hard to sleep. When my girlfriend and I were in the hot tub it was nice until a mom and 2 kids came into the hot tub. One of the kids were swimming and splashing around like they were in a pool and the other was blowing snot rockets into the hot tub. More adults came in and they were drinking which made it very difficult to enjoy the hot tub.

We are repeat guests at The Ponderosa. We stay in the jacuzzi suite. It is very romantic and very cozy.

We love this place. My wife and I stayed there at numerous occasions. It sits in the middle of the trees while being so close to town. The rooms are large and comfortable.

This was our 3rd time staying at the Ponderosa and it certainly will not be the last.
The comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and amazing location can not be beat in the area.

The room was excessively hot and switching the temperature way down did not make a difference. Other than that it was fine.

The staff was great, youll never find a better breakfast at a hotel than you will here. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the views are spectacular. The location is also great! Our favorite place to stay
