I’m in shock of the friendliness of the staff, never been to a hotel like this. Many staff at the lobby but nobody bother to greet the guest. Not just my opinion, all of my friends are in awe of these mind their business staff.
Only 10% of the staff is helpful.
Just 2 bath towels, no face towels or hand towels. Luckily after my complaint, they provided hand towels.
Breakfast is a little bit OK, but coffee isn’t even hot enough to melt the creamer.

Accessible to the beach, quiet and peaceful. Room and facilities wise are not that fantastic… Breakfast is ok, variety is so so…

The hotel is not too bad for the couple room. Just that during checkin around 3+ they told me the rooms were still not ready and I have to wait half an hour. But everything else about the hotel is ok.

Slightly old resort, but the room is spacious, with balcony, a small garden and swing. Direct beach access is available, and with swimming pool, kids' play room. We had a pleasant stay during CNY 2024.

We booked the resort for our honeymoon. Requested for a honeymoon decoration for our room and was not disappointed by it. We received a corner seaview room which has a bit more privacy. Buffet breakfast has a variety of choices. Spent most of the time relaxing by the bar facing the sea. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was the aircon wasn’t strong at times.

We arrived at the hotel at around 11 am. Despite requesting early check-in, we had to wait until 4 pm. Despite repeated requests, the front desk did not seem to prioritize our check-in, and others arriving later received rooms promptly.
Disappointingly, the room was filled with sand, and it took five hours to clean. Additionally, there were bloodstains on the bedsheet, which took three calls to address. The service at the front desk, particularly from female staff, left much to be desired. However, I must commend the waiters for their politeness and service, improving our overall experience.
