We have received excellent service from every staff. However, there wasn't much food options and mostly very pricey.
I did a 60 minute massage, it was excellent.

I book a suite room. Check in process everything was smooth. Staff helpful. Just that very hard to call taxi or grab to out of resort. Will suggest for self drive otherwise you only can spend your day just in the resort. Cant really explore for local nice food or other attraction at Desaru surrounding.

The hotel is very clean and new. Getting there via ferry from Singapore is seamless and fuss-free. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you from Desaru ferry terminal to the hotel. Hotel room is spacious and luxurious. Breakfast buffet spread is generous and nice. Hard Rock Hotel (Desaru water park) is just across the Westin. One can easily walk there (3 min away) or take a free buggy service there if lazy to walk. I will definitely come back again for a short getaway in future.

We drove an EV there but sadly no charger (well they said to bring my own cable :() hotel view was nice! Recommend this hotel as long as they have EV charger next time!

Stay was wonderful and the room had the view of a beautiful sunrise and view of the sea. Room had a musky smell, there were renovations gg on so it might not be the norm. Room and balcony was a nice space for the family.
I had left valuables in hotel safe but discovered some cash missing when I left. That was the disappointment for this stay.
There was free bicycle rental for riding and it would have been better if the bicycles were mountain bikes or more suitable for the beach terrain. All accessories were provided and it was a nice cycling route around the cove.

Thank you to Westin’s team for fulfill my request for simple honeymoon decoration❤️ Room very big and clean with modern interior.Staff very helpful. Food super delicious and surprisingly so many choices of food.Over all this is the best experience for my staycation and of course will be back again🫶

For 4 persons stay, only 3 towels given (including amenities). If your room service can check on the booking before preparing for next guests to come and stay, the service will be perfect.
The restaurant breakfast service has lots of rooms to improve like take shorter time to replenish/refill the empty food. For us two days straight, we have to wait for some food plates to refill (around 7:30 am timing). You may say due to lots of guests are coming down for breakfast. If this is the case, you have to make sure you have enough chefs on those peak hours timing.
The pool, distance to beach, room cleaning service, concierge service, counter staff are all in great service and very friendly. It's a big plus point for this hotel.
If breakfast choices and speed of refilling food can improve, next time , I don't mind to stay here again.
