Arcadia HotSpring Hotel

The hotel is located on a hill in a bamboo forest. There are no neighbors around, so in Arcadia you can enjoy nature and relax from the city noise. A vacation in Arcadia is perfect for groups of friends, families, with you love or alone. The room is spacious, bright, well-ventilated, the bed is large, our room had a balcony overlooking the valley. There are many places to relax, 2 Jacuzzis and a large swimming pool. We were delighted with the food! Even we foreigners really liked the Chinese cuisine in this hotel. The European cuisine and the serving of dishes are great, we have never seen this level in other hotels. The ingredients in the dishes are fresh and of good quality. Besides the good food, Arcadia also has the best service among all the hotels we've been to. Thanks Terry for that! The staff is friendly and helpful. We were greeted and escorted off as good friends. The owner of Arcadia Ernest is a hospitable, kind and interesting person with excellent English. He gave us a tour of the hotel, showed us hiking trails with wonderful views of the tea plantations and the valley, and told us many stories about the hotel and the surrounding area. On our next trip to Shanghai, we will definitely plan a visit to Arcadia!

Probably the best service we ever encountered. Amazing hospitality, amazing food , the staff was amazing from booking time until leaving the house. Beautiful place wonderful location. We are very grateful and will definitely come again...and again....

Lovely hotel in the top of the mountain. Everything was great. The host is so nice and kind person, he made us feel so good and welcomed. Food he cooked for us tasted great. I will recommend this warm and cozy hotel to anyone who wants to go to Moganshan

My husband and I (as well as another couple we were traveling with) had a lovely weekend getaway at Arcadia Hotel. The hotel is set away from the main streets of Moganshan, providing privacy and tranquility right in the middle of the bamboo forests. The hotel itself is well-decorated, clean, and staffed by extremely friendly and accommodating individuals. We were spoiled with attentive service, delicious cooking, and a plethora of suggested activities and ways to spend our time. We had a great weekend getaway from Shanghai at Arcadia Hotel and would certainly return in the future!

Lovely view, delicious food, calm ambiance, hiking available directly from the property, and hot tub and swimming pool open year round! The service is friendly and very accommodating. The location is removed from the crowded resort area and is secluded. It's perfect for a short getaway.

Such a super location, room and restaurant. The service is even better than expected, too. We were given two wonderful dinners, and breakfasts the next day. The room was clean, quiet and contained a wonderful hot tub. We have already booked another weekend in ten days and can't wait to return. Hopefully the weather will be warm enough to use the lovely pool, too.

Very nice small hotel directly on a mountain. The staff is very friendly, the food was very good, and our room also had a nice spa. We would come back anytime and can recommend this hotel when you want a few very relaxing days.
