Such a lovely and peaceful environment to take a break from the busy city.
The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. As a foreigner I was treated well and they took good care of me and my friend.
Amenities - spectacular clean pool, and the outside was immaculate.
Suggestions: add a fridge in the room, add body lotion or hand cream, more drinking options (eg instant coffee and extra water). In addition, place sufficient lightning (eg pathway lights) near the fountain areas, because at night it’s hard to see where one is walking.
Great service and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends.

訂的馨竹親子房，實際房間和圖片不符。沒有窗户，陽台在最外面一側，衹對着一排竹子啥也看不到。另外衞生不太行，小沙發上全是頭髮，房間隔音也不行。早飯的牛奶是冷的，種類也有待加強。不會二次入住了，和別地的雷迪森有不小的差距。

環境太好了，羣山環抱，綠意盎然，推窗即是山，安靜悠閑休息的絕好地方，很適合自駕遊的客人！
房間設齊全，前台接待服務非常好，温文爾雅有禮貌，同伴不小心碎了一個玻璃罐子一點責怪的意思也沒有，讓人感覺十分舒服！

這個地方整體來説還是不錯的，遺憾也有，但是主要是孩子玩的開心，酒店環境和景區環境都比較好，帶着孩子在酒店圍爐煮茶，射箭打遊戲，時間一下就過了，還有好幾個景點都沒有去玩，本來還説去趟安吉轉轉，時間有限，小拖油瓶特種兵不起來，臨走時前台還送了咖啡，感謝熱心的前台小哥哥

浙江2日遊，環境超好，以前在杭州寧波工作都沒有出來玩，最近空閑和老婆出來放鬆放鬆，風景如畫，酒店服務也到位屬實，健身房簡直是為我們量身打造的，非常滿意，衞生也比較乾淨，最主要的是性價比高，今年真的沒錢了，但是物超所值.

前台熱情待客，周到服務讓人印像深刻。
硬件設施都很不錯，伙食也很豐盛，下次出門玩依然選擇這個酒店，同時也會推薦朋友入住這酒店。
一次好的入住，往往就是一個小的細節。滿意！

週末帶孩子去玩，定了莫幹山的這家酒店，性價比很高，連續玩了兩個景點，莫幹山也去了，安吉hellokitty也去了，小朋友很開心；酒店的整體環境不錯，以為開業幾年了，但是設備還是很給力，可以推薦朋友家人過來，還是不錯的出行

第一次來莫幹山，因為酒店環境好，性價比高選擇了這家雷迪森，但是確實物超所值，不管是設備設施等的擺設，以及使用體驗都非常好，衞生也很乾凈，而且入住前台服務員還贈送了熱飲，真的非常貼心很有面子

和老婆白天去莫幹山晚，由於有點遲了臨時找了這家酒店，入住酒店有點出乎意料，房間衞生超級乾淨，服務也不錯，大晚上的前台還是比較熱情，還送了助眠牛奶給我們，第二天環境也不錯，天氣晴朗，在園區散步打球超舒服
