Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staffs, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Choice of Breakfast is also wide. The hotel is on main road and transports were easily available to visit market, local visit & temples. Stayed for 2 nights. Operational Manager Mr. Nitish very helpful and supportive . My first visit to Drogher.

I been to visit the hotel for show around but after seeing a beutiful ambiance of the hotel and the staff behaviour,decided to have dinner .I would say ,delicious food ,amazing hospitality super proactive staff to assist for all the requirements.

The hotels location is good .we visited this hotel as part of our baba baidnath trip with a group of 30 people .the staff is very welcoming and accomodating .very clean rooms and excellent food .well behaved staff with prompt service ..the breakfast item was very tasty .

We booked our stay for one night and booking was for super deluxe room . Front office staff was kind enough to upgrade is for free on suite room .suite room was very spacious and comfortable.staff were very well mannered ,helpful ,polite .best place I will always recommend.

Worst experience possible. Do not ruin your stay during pilgrimage. 1. Discourteous staff and reception 2. Restaurant taken minimum 1 hour to prepare food and most of the time either they don't have wheat for rotis or batter for dosa 3. Zero maintenance room with noisy ac, stained bathrooms and filthiest bed

They have no mirror in washroom and not a single hanger for cloth and towels. Also have long waiting time for checking i reached in hotel at 1pm but i found key at 1:45 pm

Very bad experience. The washroom was full of mosquitos. The flush was not working. The electricity kept tripping in every half hour. They refused to serve us glasses and cups and told us to wash the ones we have. I paid around 3600 for one night and it was not value for money. When i asked make my trip to sift my hotel the hotel also refused the cancellation and i was forced to stay here. Very annoying experience.

Worst hotel with pathetic customer satisfaction zeal. In hospitality sector, a blot. Not only infrastructural amenities but customer care is of utmost importance. Partisan and illogical rules to harass visitors. Money not refunded as on date despite assurance from make my trip team. Reputation at stake.

My recent experience at mosquito haven hotel was unfortunately far from satisfactory. From the moment i entered the premises, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The lobby itself was unkempt, and the presence of mosquitoes was overwhelming. Despite being indoors, i found myself constantly swatting away these pesky insects throughout my stay.
