基本上這樣的服務質量和希爾頓也沒什麼關係
1-機場來這裏的大巴巨臟，座墊上全是污垢，等好久也不來，來了人多還上不去
2-早餐簡直是在開玩笑，2000元的賓館早餐能這麼簡陋，簡直聞所未聞。
3-住宿期間沒有打掃過一次房間，直到退房當日
4-前台女士服務態度冷漠
5-設施簡陋，對不起這樣的房價
優點：房間大
總體評價：絕不會住第二次。2分。

The customer service and front desk personnel were unprofessional, leading to a disappointing stay. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Everything went well - incredibly spacious for our group of five even with all of our ski equipment brought to the room to repack for flying out.

The hotel staff was very nice. The lobby was bright and clean. My room was ok. The sofa was pretty dirty and I didnt opt to sit on it. The bedding was ok but not the nicest. The hotel was very convenient to the airport so it served it purpose.

Make sure to schedule the airport shuttle otherwise they may not have room for you.
We did not realize that we had to schedule it, so we're unable to use the free shuttle, even though that was one of the reasons we specifically picked this hotel. Shuttle driver was quite rude and AM front desk not super helpful.

Broken elevators. Shuttle unreliable/unavailable. Opened my room door to find it was occupied! Bed in new room had dirty wrinkled smelly sheets with hair!

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff but we had a problem getting someone from the front desk on the phone when we had an issue in our room.
