De standaard van hygiëne was absoluut verachtelijk. Het personeel was niet goed opgeleid en veroorzaakte altijd problemen. De voedselopties waren uiterst beperkt, soms muf. De professionaliteit was buitengewoon slecht.
Zou het helemaal niet aanbevelen.

Kamers zijn schoon, lekkere bed en kussens. Niks is te veel gevraagd. Bedankt Raqib dat wij na terug komst van de Taj Mahal even konden opfrissen ondanks dat het iets voorbij de tijds limiet was. Ook alle personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Wij komen zeker nog terug 👍🏼

Had a comfortable stay in park plaza. Room service was good. Housekeeping team was awesome Vellet parking was good. Food was good I had been staying here for 3 night and I found the service top rated. Would like to thanks to Ravindra at Dilip at reception to attend us good. And helping us for everything.

Neat and clean rooms with basic necessities. Easy check-in. Calm Place, Good Breakfast Options. Good Staff specially Ch***, Rahul, ***isha and the chef team. Good connectivity away from traffic and chaos. Thanks to the team. Keep up the good work and keep doing good.

Best service which I have ever had in this hotel from Ravindra at front desk. Topp notch service by team. Pro***ade Dinner was amezing with delicious food. I am looking forward to have a another awesome experience with this hotel to get a wonderful experience

Had a comfortable stay with park plaza. Front desk team is very helpful and friendly Room was awesome with cleanses. Food was nice and service was excellent by staff . We were here with friends we got nice experience in hotel we enjoyed a lot . Spa service was excellent Thank u to Ravinder and team for support

Helpful staff Bipin & Dileep , hotel food is very good , rooms are good , swimming pool is amazing ,enjoying the stay over hear , view was good , staff was friendly and supportive , park plaza getting his name up to mark , pramenade restaurant was amazing

Mind blowing service of the hotel. Kudos to front desk staff for there effort and help .Room was well clean and mentioned. Food was awesome location was OK near metro station. A thanks to Ravindra to help us for our room and everything we would come soon with our friends
