This property is located in mid of mall road, mussorie. Mall road, mussorie has a barricades at both the ends and can be entered with car only till 4. 30 pm. Post that you have to park your car outside mall road even if you hotel located on mall road. Property has parking. Kettle provided on request. Clean room and washroom. Geysers available. Food was good. We had a kid with us and they made food as per our request considering we have a child. Food rates are less as compared to the restaurants outside. Room service is very good.

Room value money good amazing view clean hygeine hot water geyser and good staff best point just 5 mins walk begin of Mall road. Smarat restaurant has veg n non veg both.only they should provide more toiletries and kettle as per the chilling weather and yes room heater charged extra

The room and Bathroom are neat and clean, having a Geyser in the bathroom is the only Facility. Not having a hot water kettle nor any complimentary item provided by them not even a water bottle. At this price you expect some basic complimentary things. Also I was expecting breakfast having at least some varieties. But they offer only Alcarta.

I would say one of the great properties to stay if your visiting mussorie. Incredible view with great services. I had a wonderful experience, It was my first time here and it was worth it. Even the prices are decent.

Hotel Samrat is an awesome property in the midst of Mussoorie. We stayed at the property on the weekend of the third week of April, 2023. Hospitality was great but the best part of the hotel is for what one visits hill station that is it's location, amazing mesmerizing view from the hotel of the Doon valley, it's a thumbs-up from my side and my family. One last comment, the property is on the Mall Road so if & when you wish to stroll the promenade of Mussoorie just jump-in in your pjs or dress-up elegantly and hit the ramp. I'm looking forward to re-visit Samrat hotel soon and this time with allegiance.

An Amazing Stay At Hotel Samrat , Very Well Located , Just A Minute Walk From The Mall Road. The Staffs Were Very Prompt And Friendly. The Owner Mr Sanjay Ji Was Always Helpful. Room No 305 provides best view of the Doon Valley. A Must Stay Here In Hotel Samrat.
