The hotel was great but it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that will ensure my return …Ratika , Divan and front desk were super helpful and nice. The hotel kitchen staff (Vikas and Rohit) were not only competent in their jobs but friendly, and I felt they took a personal interest in my satisfaction. Highest Regards, Kris

This place offers accommodation and restaurant. Has a place on rooftop which they offer for private events upto 100 pax. Good view. Food is good. Rooms are minimalistic in design. Near to the mall for shopping. Limited parking is available.

We called twice to see if the restaurant was open for dinner, no reply. We turned up, ordered from an external menu and were told the wait was 20 minutes. We waited 2 hours. Everytime we asked for an ETA we were told 5 minutes. The rooms had no instruction booklets so our group of 6 families had no idea they had to turn the water switch on for hot water. It was so loud and there is no soundproofing. I asked at check in for breakfast the following day at 7.30am. It was not ready. I went to reception and they advised it would be. I went back up at 7.40 and was told to wait 10 more minutes. They say they can speak English but this is not true. Thankfully my aunty spoke Hindi otherwise there was no way to communicate with the receptionist. I would not come back at all nor would I recommend this place.

Amazing room and helpful staff , Terrace lounge is superb and worth checking out Super clean and peaceful property Best part is it is located at city center so all attractions are nearby only . In room dining as well as breakfast was included and was very tasty

Hotel Alaya was centrally located. It was new and modern and squeaky clean. The suite was huge and very comfortable and tastefuly done up with modern furniture. We ordered kebabs and other Indian food, that was excellent. The service was very good.

New property. Stayed there for a night. Did not have breakfast. The mattress could have been more firm - it sags. There could be bedside switch to switch off the lights etc of the room and a night lamp.

I stayed here with my wife between 30th May and 2nd June22.. I found the hotel to be clean and tidy....rooms are very comfortable... our room had a balcony with mountain views... The room has all basic facilities such as tea kettle with ready to make tea/coffee , toiletries, TV, phone, room service, mineral water bottles etc.. A restaurant is available in 3rd floor where very nice buffet breakfast is served apart from dinner/lunch... the quality of food was very good.. room service is available any time. A basement parking is also available for guests.. the staff were very good and helpful...special mention is to be made about Rohit who is mainly in the restaurant but available for any assistance for the guests.. he is polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. He can guide guests for various picnic needs ...He can also arrange transport for guests ... In all he is an asset to the hotel.. I will definitely recommend this hotel for family stay in view of the safety and location apart from the facilities... I had a pleasant stay... Will try to visit again here...

We stayed here for three nights. we were on the way to do-dham trip. The hotel staff were able to guide us well. good room. good service good breakfast. good location. safe stay recommended for family stay
