Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Athens Alabama

Disappointed old motel. Thin walls. Heard everything going on in other rooms. Breakfast was not good. Would not stay here again

Traveling, booked day of. The bathroom was pretty dirty (clearly dirty towels with brown streaks) with something ground into the floor with hair stuck in it. The ac/heat in room 207 doesn’t work, but they offered to change our room, it was just too late. Not unbearable, just stuffy. Pros: The bed seemed clean, minus the dirty headboard with handprints (most hotels need to spend more time wiping this area down). Nice enough people, convenient location near several fast food options near highway.

Convenient location right off interstate. Was not the cleanest. Looks like they are remodeling. Room looks like it was repainted/remodeled but bathroom and kitchenette was in poorer condition. Heater was so loud we just turned off. Once we turned off room was very quiet.

Very clean, good breakfast. Unfortunately they need to replace all of they’re linens. Sheets stained & frayed. Towels worn, although clean.

Low budget motel. Limited Staff but convenient location. Bathroom floor and especially bathroom door were dirty. Stayed one night while traveling through..

The door was very hard to open it would jam. Also the key would show red and green which didnt know if door was open cause i had to push hard yo open. Noise level from traffic is awful didnt sleep well.

Problems with the key were annoying as the weather was freezing. The walking to the office was treacherous….no effort was made to clear a path. Breakfast was okay.

I compared prices from other hotels within the area and Days Inn was priced right. The hotel is aged over the years, but well maintained. The room I stayed in was clean and quiet. Weekday stay was priced reasonably so I did not spend to much. Overall, a good night sleep.

Very clean and comfortable.. The breakfast was good and the workers are very friendly!!
