Dirt is every where, the pool area is dirty, the water in the pool are dirty, the restaurant is very very dirty, the food is disgusting...my children couldnot eat at this hotel, just keep you self out of this hotel....Customer service experience at the bottom of the priority list

Tariballe hotel. The rooms are dirty and filled with bugs, the food is greacy and not tasty at all, the air conditioner In the hotel did not work in our first night's, the staff at the reception refuse to give any solution to that problem except to offer us refund of eproxomatly one precent of the cost of staying. Me, and my family, and whoever ask me about this hotel, will never set foot in this place again.

Only location is good, nothing else. Awful staff which even don't say hello. Hostess at the entrance of the restaurant whose job is just say "hello" and "bon appetit" was playing with her phone and ignored guests. Staff in the restaurant threw away our belongings. Food is not tasty, nothing to eat for children. The room is dirty. We were vip clients like the reception informed us. They gave us cosmetics, thank you for them but it was only the vip service we received. Nothing good in the hotel.

For health reasons we were in the area and were happily surprised to find availability. We so enjoyed the hotel staffs warmth, generosity of spirit, and focus on ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, that we are already planning our return. The hotel is spacious, clean with lots of areas to explore, sit and enjoy, , full of surprises and lots for kids and kid-at hearts. This is not a pretentious place but was pleasant, clean, decorated tastefully, It appeared well maintained. Reception was smooth as we came early, put our luggage in their storage room, so we could enjoy the plethora of accommodations. The spa, pools, jacuzzis, sauna, health club, beachfront was amazing. The food was plentiful, fresh, tasty, presented aesthetically in a buffet style. Something for everyone. The coffee was amazing. We saw they were refreshing rooms, and ours was well sized, clean, comfortable - with the fluffiest pillows. ( no mold, or broken tiles etc. ). There lacked a bathtub plug, but an overturned cup did the trick. The shower head shrieked, which we reported but it really didnt bother us. There was plenty of hot water and we felt pampered every minute of our stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing weekend vacation with unique Dead Sea experience. Shlomit, our hostess, doing excellent job!
But hotel need to improve the cleanliness and renovate some equipment like elevators.

We had a fantastic time at this resort. We had a personal concierge assigned to us at the start and Shlomit made sure everything we needed was made available. The food was excellent and plentiful and the spa facilities were perfect and relaxing.

So bad its probably sueable. Everything about this hotel screams negledgence, the dining room is filthy full of flies and the food is mediacore at best, the room had cockroaches in it, the air-conditioning makes very audible disturbing pounding noise, all areas are dirty, the restrooms smells and unorganized lines for everything. and finally to sum things up, the service is below standards. We got the room, un attended, two hours past the formal

Rundown, outdated, check in not polite, service like I imagine would be in a prison, food worst than the any school canteen. There is no place to seat for a coffee, we had to stay waiting for a long time for plates before we eat the cold food. I can’t say how is the bed yet but as far as my experience in the first 6 hrs. Please don’t book
