I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk to check in. Once someone arrived to check me in, she informed there was no room for me. The manager showed up 5 minutes later and miraculously found one for me. Upon entering the room, it smelled like 10 men had smoked cigarettes in the room for a week straight. I went back to the front desk to change rooms or get refunded and waited 25 minutes for someone to show up. Once someone arrived, she was unable to assist me and I had to wait even longer for the manager. The manager refused to help me as I was checking out and there were people who wanted to check in (despite the fact that I had the only available room when I checked in). The manager gave me a lot of attitude and would not even give me a receipt of proof of check out or assure me that I would get my money back. I had to find another hotel and was late to my plans. Horrible hotel in every service and cleanliness/condition aspect. Would never stay at again. Still waiting on email proof of receipt/refund.

Property clearly showing it's age... While the sheets, bath tub and sink are clean, you could see rust in the bathroom hardware, as well as the cooktop. Keypad on door didn't work properly. Bathroom door does not close properly. Parts of the walls were chipped off. The fridge door rubs on the wall that it doesn't close all the way unless you push it. We are on the floor level and the windows are dirty. Room smells lightly of mildew. Overall, while I understand this was a budget hotel, for $150 a night I expected less rust.

There were cockroaches! I was completely disgusted by that, had to fly out in the morning with very little sleep due to being totally repulsed by the bugs in the room. Never again!!!

I called for a refund waiting to here what will happen I took one look at the room and would not sleep there . I don’t know Florida but it looked like a dangerous area . I was scared for many reasons . I know if I don’t get a credit I will put a claim into my cc company . You should not recommend that hotel

Property rooms needs to be renovated. Also rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned for new guest(s). Good location & in walking distance to shopping plaza and restaurants.

The fist room we were assigned, had a terrible smell from the carpet, we had to ask for a room without it.

Booked and paid for my room and they booked someone else. Money was taken from my credit card and have to wait a few days for credit?
