We had a better experience staying the hotel,nice service and we loved the food for breakfast.My only concerned is the smell of the room when we came in, aside from that everything is all good.

Checkin was smooth, staff are nice and very accommodating, only thing is we were checked in a room where there are tick bugs. It was so horrifying, we checked in with our toddler as well. They were able to tranfer us to a different room, everyone was prompt to action this. But i dont think im gonna stay again at this hotel next time

Good location. Clean and easily accessed. The toilet was broken in our room. Should have been picked up on as the room was cleaned, as it would not flish at all.
Otherwise a good room, good facility, very nice breakfast, friendly staff

Great family hotel, I couldn’t contact the property originally to request early check in but when we arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! Thank you for a great place to hold my daughters seventh birthday party. 😊

It was ok only issue was at arrival at 4 the room wasn’t ready had to wait 25 min unacceptable when check is daily at 3 not sure what the issue was that the supervisor had to re check the room and that was 25 min
The offer from the front desk was a chocolate bar while I wait
