My study abroad group spent 3 days and 3 nights at the Dekeling Hotel in Darjeeling this January. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing, home-cooked buffet style. Some of the best tea I've had in my entire life (you will be drinking at least 3 cups at each breakfast). The heated beds were one of our favorite parts considering it can get pretty chilly up in the mountains. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a brief walk away from one of the main *****s and the mall. Overall, this was my favorite accommodation between all of the hotels in all of the cities we visited this month. If we ever find ourselves in Darjeeling again, we will most definitely be staying at the Dekeling Hotel once again.

The hotel has excellent facilities. The veg food is very good and the staff very helpful and supportive. The property is also very good and the view is serene. Awesome experience. I would recommend a stay here of you are visiting Darjeeling. Special thanks to Mr Pranesh Rai for his excellent hospitality service and his whole team

Had a wonderful at Dekeling Darjeeling. We stayed for 2 nights and opted for a view room. the hotel is situated just above Kunga Restaurant. 2-3 minutes to Mall. The room was neat and clean. The heating panels made the room quite comfortable. They even prepared food for my 1 yr old child as per our convenience. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay for my next visit.

Absolutely incredible place. I went with a small study abroad group through my university and we stayed in Darjeeling for a few days. The heated beds were to die for. When I say this is one of the cutest places I have ever stayed in… I’m being so for real. The restaurant below will blow you away. Try the flat hand cut noodles and momos! We were treated kindly, and like family by the staff. If I could give this place 1000 stars I could. If you are planning to stay in Darjeeling, this is the place?

First of all I would like to thank my friend Sajib 👨🍳 chef who helped us to reach this wounderful Hotel. And the hotel was very good with mesmerising view of Darjeeling and Kanchenjunga and specially the Staff entire team was excellent 👌 House keeping, room service, and front desk. Food was excellent though it is pure veg. And the restaurant staff Jugal, Dipankar, Sourav, Sonam, Nishant they were courteous and obliging to all. Lastly the best place to go on Holidays in the mountains Dekeling Hotel. Iam sharing some pictures below do check it out..

Room price quoted on internet was completely different to when we arrived. High price for what you get & room Not exactly clean, also TV not work. Was hard to find & when promised someone would greet us at the bottom of the steps to help with luggage, no one turned up. Vikram (***ager) helpful though. A shame we felt robbed by the price.

It’s a great place with great view, awesome food, all the staffs were at their best in hospitality. If u are a couple and planning for ro***tic candle light dinner in Darjeeling then I don’t know any place better than this ***** with decorations, karaoke & yummy food. Don’t worry at all about the veg menu , u won’t feel any lack of nonveg item because veg items are too delicious and authentic & they also happily welcome & serve any nonveg item you bring from the outside. Just go for it. We are thankful to all the staffs, specially Asif for upgrading our room, Sonam for arranging everything so smoothly & multi-talented Pranesh for the candle light dinner.

I had very good experience with Dekeling hotel. I was staying with my family there for 4 nights. It was a great experience with Dekeling. Staffs are very good and professional also. Hotel location is very good near from mall Road. Food and service also too good. My kids enjoy lot. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone. Thank you Dekeling team. It was a memorable experience.

Hotel situated at best location for business and leisure travellers. Rooms are clean and well maintained with modern facilities. Staffs are well trained and warm welcoming. You can walk around to Chaurasta in evening hours, lots of local food options are available within the surroundings. Safe place to stay it deserves recommendations. Keep it up!
