Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort - All Inclusive

Todo bien en las instalaciones, el problema fue la penalidad que me cobraron por ser dominicano. Debería cobrar todo por la misma reserva y no tener el momento incómodo a la hora del check- in.

La comida fue muy buena y el ambiente es muy agradable.

My experience was horrible and i will not ever consider another stay at Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort. First off the A/C in my room did not work properly or was not able to reach a temperature that was cool enough to keep me from sweating in the room even at night. the problem was a simple fix (the unit was low in freon) and i know this because i'm a Electrical Contractor with some experience in A/C repairs. I begged for four days straight for the unit to be fixed and at the end of the fourth day I checked out and went to find me a room with A/C. They asked me to sign a paper stating that my reason for leaving was not due to anything that Cofresi Palm was at fault for. They at the end of the fourth day offered to place me in another room with two beds but that is not what i paid for nor did i want to sleep away from my Fiancé. To top it off i had to pay for the full stay and i was told that no money will not be returned to me no matter what the reason was for me to leaving. Fother more i did not like the fact that you have to eat in a outdoor restaurant and the only air moving is like a heater on you. You are not allowed to bring food back to your room and eat. there are many other negative things that i can mention but i'm going to stop there because i'm getting piss off again.

The rooftop pool was beautiful with great views all around. I wish the beach area was larger or nicer waters to be in, it was churning pretty good when we were there. There are A LOT of stairs and inclined walking, be prepared.

We booked the standard room because the standard room and the upgraded room had the same photos advertised so we thought we’d take a chance. A few weeks before the trip we called to see if we could upgrade and to make dinner reservations in advance. We were told that we had to wait until we got to the resort. When we first got there we waited in line for 45 minutes. They told us that they had no room to upgrade and that dinner reservations are only from 9am-11am so to come back tomorrow. A shuttle/golf cart took us to the room. He went up hill fast and didn’t say anything and we almost fell out from the back. The door was so old it was difficult to open. When we finally got into the room we couldn’t believe how bad it looked. The main light in the room, the tv and the phone didn’t work. There were stains on the white sheets. The fridge looked like it had water damage at the bottom, it looked gross and they never refilled the fridge during our 4 day stay. They wanted to charge us $50 to use the janky looking safe everyday. The bathroom looked so gross. The window, the sink, the floors. When I showered the water sprayed all over the bathroom. The shower head needs to be replaced.Everyday we went down to make dinner reservations and they kept telling us they were booked. So we did the buffet everyday. We tried to upgrade the room everyday but was told there was nothing available. The customer service was horrible!The Club that they advertise was closed so no night life. Horrible

Upon signing in to resort is very slow. Where ever you purchased your packaged resort make sure you confirm they are booking tha same. I had booked a suite with king size bed. They first sent me to a room with two beds and a broken phone. I mention broken phone because when I tried calling to let them know it was the wrong room the phone did not work. The bell hop had left and there was no staff to help me with my luggage to reception. I called called reception through my personal phone to let them know the mistake. They told me to come back to reception I said ok will you be sending someone to pick up my luggage they said NO. I carried all my things up the stairs and across the pool area to the reception. I was angry and embarrassed and regretting booking at this resort. The reception was never disrespectful but i had to suggest who to they should speak with for inconvenience. The reception looked like robots because they had no sympathy for inconvenience for guest. The are so quick to say No I do not see what you booked. Luckily I had emails and the app to show them my booking. Now I payed for my comfort and I should received what I purchased. Well when everything was settled. After arriving the resort at 3pm did not get everything settled unitll 7pm in between i had to wait because the room was not ready. Mind you your check out is 1130am. At 7pm they tell me my room is ready. I had to request someone take me to room because I did not know where it was located. Cont. In googlereview
