Very loud rude people staying. Running the halls and pulling alarms at midnight. The shower head was terrible and the door in the bathroom was torn up at the bottom.

The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was very professional and kind. The breakfast was great and I have a issue eating breakfast at hotels but this one they cooked it rightttttt 😂🤗. The only thing I would say is the hot tub and pool the kids were all in there some unaccompanied and the pool was freezing cold. Overall me and my guest enjoyed our time and when we stop to rate other hotels this one will be one we stay at again 😉

The room had the last person’s trash in it. There was an empty soap wrapper in the shower so not sure if the shower was cleaned. The bed was very uncomfortable. The chairs in the dining area are in bad shape. They advertise shuttle to and from airport but be advised you cannot park your vehicle there. They do not tell you that until you check in.

Enjoyed my stay! Excellent breakfast. Very clean and quiet. Convenient for my activities. Staffnare knowledgeable, helpful, kind and caring. I will be happy to return.

The property was unclean and smoking was everywhere. We actually checked out earlier than we booked. The experience was horrible and I would not recommend this hotel.
