This is a really unique, eclectic hotel! SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Especially in the bar area and restaurant. The food was sooooo good, too. We ate off the lunch and breakfast menu and it was to die for. We had drinks on the rooftop, and that too was spectacular with friendly service and a great view. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fire pit and plenty of lounge seating inside and outside. It was a really fun a**osphere. Our room was HUGE and also had a great view - it was a corner room. Very comfortable. We had a great stay. Also in walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was nice and clean. Our room had a nice view of Dallas. The rooftop pool and bar was very crowded.

工業風的酒店，每天早晨提供免費的水果，咖啡和麥芬
我們有一天晚上在711買了泡麪，但是房間燒不了熱水，前台真的端了兩大杯開水送到房間
酒店頂樓有個roof bar，可以看達拉斯的夜景🌃
酒店位於市中心，去哪兒都很方便，以後有機會來還會選擇住在這裏

A fantastic and charming historical property just south of downtown Dallas. A hidden gem in some ways. Great rooftop bar experience, large rooms, great lobby, and walkable location. I wish the Southside area were progressing more with restaurant, shopping, and other options, but, there is more than plenty to do nearby.

The property is located very convenient location in the downtown area. The rooms, staff and a**osphere is nice. I like the roof top. The view is amazing! I recommend for Summer nights.

Cute, trendy boutique hotel. Walls are very thin, so you can hear neighbors & people above you. We were on 4th floor & heard the music from the rooftop bar both nights.
