Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Dallas at Preston, an IHG Hotel

Om te beginnen is de eenrichtingsweg om er te komen lastig, om nog maar te zwijgen van het proberen weg te rijden en nauwelijks te zien of er auto's komen omdat het uitzicht wordt geblokkeerd door bomen. Mijn vrouw en ik checkten in en het eerste wat we wilden doen was naar de jacuzzi gaan. We gaan eerst naar onze kamer en gaan naar de badkamer en er was een gebruikte handdoek boven de douchekop en de hele "bijgewerkte" douchecabine zat vol schimmel in alle spleten en er was een kleine plas water op de vloer. We gingen naar het zwembad en kwamen erachter dat de jacuzzi was opgevuld met cement en dat er geen jacuzzi meer was. Ik spring in het water en het is ijskoud en was daar 5 minuten en kon niet stoppen met rillen. Mijn vrouw kijkt om zich heen en wijst naar alle zwarte schimmel op het plafond en de muren. De enige frisse lucht is de kleine deur die ze open hebben en de 15 ramen zijn alleen maar om te kijken en gaan niet open, dus het rook daar zo chemisch dat onze zwembadsessie slechts 5 minuten duurde. Er zat zoveel stof op de bladen van de plafondventilator en daarvoor werkte de lamp niet. Een van de handdoeken had een donkere vlek die eruitzag als poep of zoiets en er zaten vlekken op de kussenslopen en dekens. ALS ZE VLEKKEN HEBBEN, GOOI ZE WEG ALS JE ZE NIET ER UIT KRIJGT! Ik heb foto's en ik heb geprobeerd ze te uploaden, maar er gebeurt niets als ik op verzenden druk. Ik heb geprobeerd het formaat te wijzigen van PNG naar JPEG en het lijkt niet te werken.

WOW!!! Such a nice clean, calm, quiet, and peaceful clean environment! Especially at night. I felt like I was on a island of its own. Even walking to my car at night felt peaceful and serene… I’m definitely staying another night!

I liked the location of this hotel, right off a main highway so it was very convenient. Also the staff was nice and the continental breakfast was decent. I couldn’t connect to the internet and had to call their 800 number, but they fixed the issue. My only complaints were that: the walls were thin, including the ceiling wall, you could hear every footstep; the bathroom lights were super bright but the rest of the room lights were super dim so morning grooming was tricky; and the shower floor was pretty slanted and the drain was very… unusual. But it was very affordable so all in all I’d recommend this place

The people at the front desk were so kind. Everything at the facility was so clean. My kids loved the swimming pool so much. The parking is very close to the elevator and room. The food was very good and they have nice tables to sit .

The location was excellent for our purposes, about three minutes from the doctor my husband was seeing. Our room was missing a couple of light bulbs, one in the bath and one between the beds, but the front desk clerk said they were going to be updating all the rooms with new fixtures, furniture, etc, so for right now they were just making sure there was at least one light on in each spot. The bed was very comfortable, the tv was large. The breakfast, in a large area, had yogurts, cereals, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausages, bananas and apples, muffins, pancakes, and cinnamon rolls, along with juice, milk, and coffee. The lady in charge of breakfast kept all the selections replenished. There is an indoor pool, but we did not go to it so I cannot comment on it. We will definitely stay there again if we need to be in that location.

Me and my girlfriend have stayed at this hotel 4 times due to convenience but the last time was the last time we will stay there. The room was Filthy. Found fruit loops and toe nail clippings between the mattress and bed frame
