Great location right off the highway and by college campus/Bush library. We enjoyed the room and design as well as the bar/commons area (unfortunately did not bring swim suits for the indoor pool for the cold rainy day, would have been nice). Was a little weird to not have ice available on the floors and finally figured out we had to just grap qt bags out of the freezer in the lobby (no one mentioned that) but for all the fun aesthetics and location there wasnt much we could complain about (as long as you look around and find the best price as online it was coming up wildly different). Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My car was broken into at 4:30 in the afternoon. The hotel did nothing for me. I asked to be comped and they said no. Not even a free breakfast. The manager didn’t call me back (I had to call 3 times) and they never answer the phone when you call. I stayed at this hotel a month prior and when I was checking in another guest was filing a report that her car was broken into. I didn’t think much about it at the time but recalled it when my car was broken into.
This hotel could add security to their parking area but they choose not to. Seriously, stay at the Highland for a little more money and valet. The cost to fix my window was $400.

Very noisy. The only outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Shower was so low I had to duck under to wash my hair and I’m only 5’7. No where to unpack luggage, room was very small

Why they put us in a handicap room when there are rooms available i do not understand . Turned on the shower and went to get some clothes and the nozel was spraying the curtain and ended up flooding the floor. They gave us free breakfast vouchers which took 45 min to receive food . Just a bad experience.

Very friendly valet and front desk staff. I was in the area to see a film at the Angelika and this was a great location to do that. I wish that I could have taken advantage of the going to the Lifetime Fitness, but the rain put a damper on those plans. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Property was clean but reeked of bleach everywhere including the room. Parking is "included and available," but the free parking is about 75 yards away on the 5th and 6th floor of a medical building behind the Beeman. That should be noted. The drop off, circular drive, is small and was packed, so check in was difficult without parking first in the "for pay" spots. Thin walls as others noted. Minimal perks in bath...no shower cap, no make-up remover which I'd expect at this price. But water bottles were given, for $5 a pop! Wonderful shower head! Otherwise, very mixed for me.
