The room cleaning service was lacking
They arranged the bed and slight cleaning
Needed way more than that

There were a few homeless people outside of the hotel like others have said, however I never felt unsafe and the hotel is very nice and clean inside. I would stay there again if I were to be in the area again.

The staff was wonderful. Need a microwave with breakfast bar to heat up muffins. Love the clean rooms and everything was wonderful. I will stay there again

The room was not the room I booked online. We were put in an ADA room. Mattress was terrible. Shower had a long crack in the wall where the shower seat was about to come out of. The window shade was motorized. Worked the first day but didn’t after that. We’ve stayed here before in a different room which was much more comfortable then that room. I don’t think they have a full time maintenance person because the rooms we stayed in all had something that needed to be fixed. For the price; I expect better.

I had several Dr appointments scheduled for the same day and knew it was gonna be a struggle to make each one on time since they were in different locations. I chose this hotel because it was located close to each of the locations and boy am I glad I did. The staff was extra friendly and made sure my stay was as comfortable as if I was at home. If I could give them a higher rating I would and I will be staying there again as I’ll have more visits in the future. Thank you

Great people. No restaurant (that’s a lie). No “market” (frozen pizza, ice cream and Pepsi, that’s about it). Good staff.

The room was a mini suite with kitchen and sitting area along with the bed and desk area. Everything was very clean and perfectly positioned. Even my bathroom plug was in the best location. The shower was easy and comfortable with gel and lotion. I will stay every time I visit my daughter.

Close to Panera, Gas Station and store.
Bed and pillows are amazing.
Love the Zero personal care line for customer's use.
