This Wyndham property was marginally better than the one in Norman. However, the floor lamp was broken and some of the lights didn't have light bulbs. The door had to be slammed shut to close. The biggest thing was the unauthorized $250.00 charge on my card. I wouldn't have known about it if I hadn't checked my bank account. I know it's going to be a fight to get it back. I'm tired of hotel clerks taking money without authorization. Where I'm from, we call that stealing.

Bedding was clean, the room just had a very grungy feeling. Only primer on the bathroom walls, dirty old school carpet.

Our stay was very nice even when breakfast was a little over the manager kept it open till I could get downstairs and get me something to eat, which was very kind and thoughtful!

We stay here every time when we visit Fordyce, stay in same room, people are courteous and accommodating. Will stay here every time we are in town

The shower has no visible valve to turn it on. At check in nobody warned me or showed me how to do it. So after not finding a way to shower, I got dressed again and went to front desk asking. Clerk pulled out a bathtub spout and showed me how to pull down a ring inside the spout to turn on shower!!!! This meant I am not the only one with that problem. How about buying a few laminated signs showing how to do it and hang them in the bathrooms! Maybe a $150 investment? But definitely better than bad ratings.
In addition, at breakfast the creamer was out and all containers had sour and expired half and half for “curdling “ coffee. Disappointing!
I still gave them 3 stars because the employee immediately got new creamer and dumped the half and half.

The bed was clean and wonderful. The exercise room was non-existent. It was 2 small machines off the main lobby. The pool was closed. The reason we picked that place was the pool (it was closed), the gym and the free breakfast. Wish they had been honest about the gym.

This place is a scam just on a highway for people on the road and travel people like me. The floor is gross easily 15 years old. TV has no HDMI hook up so maybe 20 years old. The property is right across from a liquor store so you can get drunk and try to forget about how old the filth is. They claim to be pet friendly but charge 15 bucks a day extra to stay in a "pet room." They tried to charge me an additional fee ($50) on top of that for my 5 night stay (yea wish there were better options in this area). Because they had to clean all the room since there is a dog in there per cleaning lady. Which they didn't charge me first time. They refused to come in my room all week to clean because of the pet which i complained but i got a response that made it clear that he didn't understand what i was asking and was just repeating words. I was the only one on the property for several of the nights so clearly the one paying customer they are trying to take my money since they can with my credit card on file. I am reporting it to my credit card company of this scam. STAY AWAY!!!!
