Omg, het doet me denken aan Santorini in Griekenland en ik hou van de mensen daar en ze waren zo aardig en de plaats is erg mooi?

Good service, every time we text them on WeChat they respond so quickly and picked us up and down from the entrance to doorstep via buggy ride. We troubled them quite a little but they always responded with smiles and were patient with us. I highly recommend this place for people who visit Dali !

Was like going to Santorini, but with too many local Chinese, noisy and disruptive during visitation hours. Staff was excellent and helpful, especially our room butler “Xiao Jun” who made our stay very comfortable. Plenty of pictures but we came back late and there is no restaurants open unless you travel outside which is a hassle. We had to order delivery, but too tired to wonder outside anyways.

Excellent property and very convenient for activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic Santorini vibes .The views and the rooms where super clean and beautiful.My butler was super helpful and friendly .Thank you so much .l will definitely come back .

I had an amazing stay here. The service is top notch👌🏽, waiters are very polite and helpful, they would check up on me via WeChat to ask if I needed anything. The reception staff was very helpful as well and it’s rare to find that if you are a foreigner. I will definitely come back again. I planned to stay for only 3 days but I ended up staying for 5 days. The hotel is amazing, I really love the indoor pool and the view from the top.

環境：酒店就在景區裏很方便，早上醒來也不吵呢。房間的裝修風格是洞穴風，還配備了小零食和山泉水哈哈哈，很貼心。房門打開就是洱海，小花園也很安逸，風景很美！ 服務：酒店服務超級好，入住前就已經提前聯繫提前溝通了需求與注意事項呢，到了後管家小董開着五個8的炫酷皮沙發觀光車直接到景區門口來接，還幫忙把行李送到房間！ 設施：房間裏有戴森的吹風機呢，很貼心嘎嘎嘎，馬桶和房間門也是智能滴！刷房卡可以直接去頂層的水上鋼琴和鞦韆，拍照很好看！ 衞生：很乾凈，管理模式也不像傳統的民宿，很規範有序呢，酒店小姐姐還幫我們收了垃圾嘿嘿
