Location of hotel is super convenient, about 500m walk to the train station.
I cannot comment about the facilities as we did not utilize the pool, gym etc.
Overall, the room is very comfortable and clean.

The hotel is tastefully furnished and very clean. The service at the front desk is good. Breakfast was wonderful. The location near the train station was very convenient, but it does mean you have to didi or taxi to the sights near Old Town or Erhai.

We are happy with the hotel overall. The location is convenient to/from the train station by walking. However our room temperature was too high, 26.5C on the display while outside temperature was 5C. We had to open the window in order to sleep well.

First time staying in Hampton and it was quite a good experience. Location is great, close to railway station and not far from the city center. Hotel itself very clean and there is laundry room in case you want to wash your clothes. Reception is very professional and polite. Would stay again next year.

The hotel is clean with big rooms. It's close to the railway station and it's a great stop if you need to transfer to other cities via Dali. The shower was amazing. The breakfast was also good with a great selection of western and Chinese food. The coffee here was bomb!
Though the staff speaks no English, they were friendly and helpful. The delivery robot was so cool.
The hotel has a self-service laundry facility which was great because we had dirty clothes from traveling around Yunnan.
This place is a great value for money.

this is an okay hotel in the absolute wotst location.There is nothing near by.I walked outside and was met with abandoned buildings and trash.Stray dogs.I felt like I was stuck in a post apocalyptic world and somehow the hotel was left unscathed.I would't recommend anyone come here.The staff was rude,the rooms are so-so.The shower in my bathroom would't drain and I was harassed by other peoplo staying here in the lobby while the staff did nothing about it.
