This was a disappointing experience to say the least. The room we booked had a dreadful smell coming from the toilet drains, likely due to poor plumbing (no U-pipe). Because of this we had to keep the room window open at night to avoid the worst of the stench. This was not nice on a cold February night in Dali.

Probably the most modern and clean hostel I had ever stayed! Both bathrooms and bedrooms were like brand new! Def recommend!

環境不錯，蠻乾淨的，下沉的公區感覺在森林裏一樣。在古城北門附近，靠近生活區。男生跟女生分開的，男生一樓，女生二樓，可以拼餐，是白族阿姨自己燒的，味道很好，早餐也有。青旅小哥説我的行李箱比他的命都沉，哈哈哈哈，辛苦啦，如果下次還有機會來，我換個小行李箱。

非常棒的青旅，住宿環境很乾凈，設施比較新。活動區試大大的落地窗，旁邊就是以前鬱鬱葱葱的樹林，心情舒暢。緊挨古城，交通方便
這裏的氛圍也超好，青旅的小哥哥和小姐姐非常nice，入住的時候娜娜非常詳細地交代了入住事項，特別感謝！

衞生條件在大理青旅算好的了，但是裏面不知道是不是日本人入住，長住的，大半夜穿着日本木頭鞋崗次崗次的，和地震沒兩樣，進出不關門半夜在公共場所不睡覺大聲聊天，很噁心不知道老闆什麼原因能容許這樣的人長住，如果人是中國人那就是**沒跑了。

我的天吶，強烈推薦這家店簡直是太棒，太好了，特別是這裏的義工小姐姐又美又温柔 我直接就是一個託馬斯旋轉的好評！！！這裏的住宿環境氛圍簡直是very good。能住進這家店也是此生無憾了😁

Taoxi Creek hostel is Located opposed to Dali Mineral Water Company and Dali Agricultural college, beside the G214 national road north to the West Gate of the ancient town. It takes a couple of more minutes to any of these places: restaurant, fruit shop, supermarket, hospital, church and bank. A short 15-minute walk will take you to the historical tower and pedestrian street. The hostel is about 18 kilometers from the train station in the new town of Dali city, there are frequent direct buses to help you catch trains just to front of the hostel on the G214 road.
The hostel is a very bright and neat property combined with a traditional Bai ethnic exterior and a lovely modern design inside. Clean rooms, cozy mattresses. Staff at the reception always do their best to be friendly and helpful to guests. Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and communal areas. Free luggage storage is provided at the reception, train, coach tickets and further travelling service(individual or group tour) with a reasonable charge are also available.
Rooms require electricity key-card to access, bath rooms with shower heaters, slippers, towels, clean bedding articles, each a curtain for every bunks in dorms.
