房間非常好，老闆娘人特別熱情。來的第一天老闆娘就請我喝了風花雪月。非常不錯的住宿體驗。下次還來！

不滿意！很不滿意！超級不滿意！1、讓人反感的催促服務！第二天早上11點幾分，就敲門問我們是續住還是退房，催我們12點退！真是讓人反感、不爽，現在誰還不知道退房是12點，我們又不是超時不退！2、住的房型不是我最初訂的！訂的是大床房，打電話確認過有房間的，結果大晚上到了給我一個家庭房。情侶真不需要住兩張床，既然承諾過有房，就應留好，如果後來沒有，就應該打電話告知我，讓我好退！（不需要所謂的免費升級）2、熱水不好放！無論是浴缸、洗漱台、還是沐浴，熱水都很不好放，等了很久，才有點温度，直接放棄！

我是提前一天訂的房間，最近不是旅遊旺季還是很好找民宿的，然後下午3:00左右房東提前跟我聯繫的那個時候我還沒有到大理，然後姐姐很熱情，好好一起吃飯，大家一起很熱鬧，就是來自天冷地杯的朋友坐在一起吃吃飯喝點小酒，然後也會告訴我這個怎麼樣出行最佳，然後屋裡的設施很齊全，有什麼需要都可以跟房東説

房東真的很貼心，我媽不舒服，房東煮了嫩嫩的荷包蛋，有什麼困難都及時幫忙，在外面旅行難免有各種不容易，但住在這裏如同有了家人但感覺。離開但時候，房東專門幫我們送行李，來回跑了三趟，這真是太讓人感動了！住在這裏，體驗如此親切而温暖，必須點贊！

因為第一晚到了時間晚了，帶着孩子，拖着兩個行李，房東給我們安排一樓的浴缸房，民宿可以租電瓶車，老闆娘老闆人都很好，二樓的茶室曬太陽很舒服，有一衹很可愛的橘貓，第二晚起來孩子生病了，老闆娘貼心的煮麪條給孩子吃，特別感謝，也很細心的回答交通遊玩等問題，這次旅途很幸運能在這裏入住。

老闆服務態度很好，在民宿拍照也很出片，民宿就在大理古城北門，一出門就有夜市，晚上餓了也不用發愁啦，民宿附近還有買草包的衣服的，都很便宜

總的來説真的是一個很舒服的小院子，很安靜，離古城也近，早晨可以去市場吃早餐，稀豆粉、餌絲都很好吃啊！！老闆和老闆娘都熱心好客，我們飛機晚點等各種原因導致到達的時候是凌晨三點了，老闆還在等我們，幫我們安頓好才自己回去休息🥹。
住的幾天碰上幾年難遇的區域性水管問題，老闆溝通的態度超好。第二天傍晚還蹭了一頓飯，給了我們一些環洱海的建議（晚飯真的很好吃！）。下次來大理還會來的！！

房東姐人挺好，小院子在古城北門很方便，室內空間比較小，這個季節比較冷，空調温度上不去！沒找到一次性拖鞋~房子不太隔音！地理位置確實好，不過客棧不太好找，在小巷子裏

酒店在古城北門邊上，店裡有一衹很可愛的貓，我們去辦理入住的時候還趴在我們的行李箱上。老闆和老闆娘很好人，還免費幫我們升級了房型，推薦了附近的景點和美食，房間乾淨，光線很好，入住體驗非常好，推薦！！
