The inn is located in the Yanjia Folk Residence Scenic Area in Xizhou Ancient Town. 房間中式風格，很有格調。房間衞生很整潔，離喜洲古鎮，洱海生態廊都很近。早餐很豐盛，口味很好。服務態度非常贊。

去了無數次大理，大理也住了無數次，這次是體驗感最差的一次。首先是入住，19點多到的前台，前台沒有人，看到個有事打電話，電話打過去關機。通訊全靠吼的喊了半天，出來了小夥，這個小夥還算靠譜。第二，客棧同家還有個酒吧，夜裡鬧騰到1點，加上房間門頭居然是個玻璃窗，一晚上透着外面燈火通明的亮光，完全沒法睡覺，出來玩累一天，我居然都沒睡着。人家的酒店是窗簾一拉，白天也是晚上，而我住的這個是晚上如同白天。然後，早上起來洗個澡居然水不熱，我那個暈啊，差點沒給洗感冒。最後，再説説他們家的賣點，免費金牌導遊參觀嚴家民居以及三道茶，看錶演什麼的。全程沒有人指引，全靠我一路問過去，好容易找到了導遊，告訴我，我衹能等着有人買票參觀的時候跟着去蹭聽，感覺我就是個沒交錢死皮賴臉去蹭免費的，話説他這酒店也不便宜啊。然後，什麼三道茶什麼的我已經沒心思再去找了。附：他這個不是那個正經的嚴家大院，而是山寨版的。我都驚訝於我自己基本都是默認好評的，居然吐槽了這麼多，真不知道其他的好評是哪裡來的！
