When we first arrived we noticed a stranger living in the storage which was odd because the manager said there was no one living there. When we questioned the manager about this he then changed his mind from no one living there to there is someone who you can call to help you if you need assistance? (Very odd and basically lost all faith in him for trying to trick us) . The manager assured us that this strange man would leave when we went out that evening.. The manager was also rude. When we arrived we noticed that it hadn’t been cleaned and that even one of the toilets had a poo in it - he blamed that one of the kids in our group must have quickly run in and did this … unbelievable. However he did call a cleaner to come wipe the tables and clean the bathrooms afterwards The rooms are very damp and if you are unfortunate enough to be in a basement floor then you might as well go sleep in a pond. They provide towels but these are paper thin and you need to ask if you want more than one towel over 2 days. The shower water pressure is weak and only gets hotter if you lower the already low pressure so you need to balance between having a weak hot shower or a strong cold shower The tv in the room also did not work at all
