La Fleur Premium Central Apartment

We verbleven onlangs in een appartement met 2 slaapkamers en een keuken en hadden een geweldige ervaring. Het personeel was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en deed hun uiterste best om uitstekende service te bieden. Ze hielpen me zelfs met het plannen van een t****aagse reis in de omgeving, wat zeer op prijs werd gesteld. De locatie van het appartement was ook erg handig, met veel restaurants en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Het appartement zelf was schoon en goed onderhouden, met alles wat ik nodig had voor een comfortabel verblijf. Het was bijzonder handig dat ik een keuken had, omdat ik indien nodig maaltijden en snacks kon bereiden. Over het algemeen kan ik dit appartement ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel, handig en aangenaam verblijf in de omgeving. Het personeel was bijzonder uitzonderlijk en maakte mijn verblijf nog aangenamer. Bedankt!

Do not believe the description! The appoin**ents are caves dug underneath buildings. My bedroom had no natural light, but did have a washing machine, and lots of black insects. The cave bathroom led off from this dark dungeon. Kitchen area with no work surfaces. No plates or cutlery to make a sandwich, no toaster. Fridge crammed full of stuff to sell, no space to move it. Countryside views?! The only natural light came through a door leading to a back lane. Next door another cave apar**ent was being built, very noisy building work. As we were leaving asked to leave a good review. I jokingly asked about the spa in the description, told it was above the cafe. If it exists you need to walk around a block and enter a shop to use it! Don't know the cost as booked by my family but this is cheap low end accommodation. Glad to leave.

It is our first trip to Vietnam and we decided to spend 4 days 3 nights at Dalat, which is known for its natural scenary, cool temperature and more slow paced compared to Ho Chi Minh. The location of the hotel is good as it is walking distance (10 to 15 min) to Lam Vien Square (near to Xuan Huong Lake) where you can access to supermart, shopping, cafe and eateries. Also it is still within walking distance to the famous night market. We stayed at 2 bedroom executive. Do note that it is 2 storey but the floor area is not as spacious as it looks in the picture. However, it is well equipped with kitchen, fridge and washing machine on the ground floor. There are one King bed on the ground floor and 2 twin beds on the second floor. One thing to note (as you have read from other reviews) that the apar**ent is situated at the back alley, with a very steep slope down and the La Fluer reception shop is at the main road. So it will be a challenge for elderly folks to walk up and down the slope. I would rate the service standard to be above average. The ladies staff (morning shift) were particularly helpful and goes out of the way to help, including providing extra tissue pack and big tube of drinking water upon our request. And they are very receptive to our feedback as we noticed cockroaches on our first night and they took effort to clean up the place the following day. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its location. Specially the nearby bakery shop and cafe (selling traditional vietnamese coffee) is excellent choice for our breakfast during our stay. The hotel also helps to call for private hire car to airport at a reasonable price.
