Very impressive huge nice lobby with many dining/entertainment areas. Large hotel catering mostly for seminars, conventions, weddings and other parties etc. Good selection at buffet breakfast mostly vietnamese dishes. My deluxe double quite spacious with small balcony nice view. Furniture a bit aged. Pillows and mattress very comfortable. Room cleaning needs attention. Staff a bit stressed and not engaged. For a 5 star not up to that standard in general.

Great location, right at the entrance to Dalat. Parking for bikes, underground parking, included in the price. The gas station is almost opposite. On the 5th floor there is a place for gatherings, and if it rains, you can drink tea and get some fresh air there. In general, I advise you to visit. Price quality.

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. Hotel is located in a good location about 10 mins walk from the main square. The hotel is old but recently renovated. I had a big room with balcony facing the road. There is much horning of big vehicles in the morning . My other friends had the rooms facing the opposite side . They hear dog barking continuously throughout the night . Breakfasts served were decent. There is a Highland cofffee place in the hotel.

What makes me feel bad on this trip to DL is definitely the service experience at New Century Hotel. It looks luxurious from the outside, but the service inside, let me note the details: 1- Checkin is 50% earlier than time, checkout 2 hours late, 50% more, not to mention the staff also told us to leave right 12 o'clock can't be out late, even though I told the car to be late, please check out late and charge. 2- Our car is only rented in the morning and left in the basement, because of late checkout without returning the car at 12 o'clock, the car rental is also charged for 1 more day, for the reason that the late return is over 12 o'clock. 3- Laundry service 70k / kg, return items for customers who are lacking. 4- SPECIAL: The day we came here, the dusty room was always dusty, we put a cleaning board and reported the reception, but when we came back unexpectedly, the housekeeping board was flipped to do not disturb mode and there was still room in the room. original i si. Was annoyed in the day, the next day, the room was cleaned through the speakers, did not sweep the floor and dust exactly the same, the cups I used did not bother to wash or change. On the last day because the room was too dirty, I asked the janitor to help, the janitor said: on checkout, I didn't clean the room. Place is very beautiful with cool temperature and very chill vibes. Hospitality here is very good as well. Highly recommended to enjoy!
