It almost feels like a hotel. I was lucky to get a 4 bedroom dorm although the isolation of the rooms is not great and you can hear everything that is happening in the hallway and in other rooms. On a positive note the pool is really nice for a dip and the breakfast is very good and not expensive.

Booked for the loft room. It was cleaned, spacious and fitted with alot of amenities. It has an induction stove for simple cooking, two toilets, an outdoor bathtub, a big bed, a sofa area and two tvs. Very good location. Just around the corner there is Cho Han and many souvenir shops and restaurants. About 15min walk to Son Tra night market. Also it’s just about $100 SGD for the room.
Only down point is the shower room water took a very long time to heat up. Else everything was good.

底下是咖啡店。樓上是客房。位置就在核心市區。距離最出名的粉PHO走路可以到達。附近走路可以到達市場，粉紅教堂。喝咖啡，逛街。並且房間也很漂亮。家庭房比國際酒店的更加温馨，實用。服務前台和服務員服務態度100分。經常滿房。價格再提升50%，都是值得的。

房間不會每天來打掃，
地理位置離漢市場非常近，
因為一樓是咖啡聽，覺得有點擠。

房間真大真大，價格不錯，乾淨，而且很好看，想帶多幾天。不是沙灘旁邊，這個要注意。附近很多吃的！下次再來咯 ~

Cool place to stay da nang. Love the view of the river and city, and also like the interior designs. Swimming pool on the rooftop is also great. Just expect a little delays getting your motorbike out during the daytime as this place also is an office
