I would highly recommend this guesthouse if you are looking for a comfortable, family-style place to stay that truly feels like home. The owners whom I met seemed to be a husband and wife. At first, we were not very familiar with this type of guesthouse accommodation, so we needed a little time to adjust. However, after talking with the female owner, we immediately felt more relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere became much warmer. She gave us the feeling of being cared for by an older relative, like a mother looking after her guests. Since we are both women, that made us feel especially safe and at ease. She took wonderful care of us and paid attention to every small detail. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was excellent as well. We came from Thailand. Although we are both in Asia and share some similar cultures, Thai people usually eat rice for almost every meal. So having bread for breakfast here was a very new experience for us, and it was so delicious—it truly felt like something made by a mother with love. On our last day, she and her family came out to see us off as we got into the car, waving goodbye with warm smiles. It was such a lovely and touching moment. As for the room, everything was exactly as described. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. If you go out, the owners will keep the key for you, and return it when you come back. If you return late at night, you can simply inform them in advance. The drinks in the minibar were also very reasonably priced. If you need affordable transportation, you can ask the guesthouse for assistance. If you are looking for accommodation close to tourist attractions, convenient transportation, and many food options nearby, you can choose this place without hesitation. I would also like to add that the driver who picked us up and dropped us off provided excellent service. He was always smiling, kind, and constantly offering to help us throughout the journey. Chủ nhà mà tôi đã gặp có vẻ là vợ chồng. Lúc mới đến, chúng tôi chưa quen lắm với kiểu lưu trú như thế này nên ban đầu còn hơi bỡ ngỡ. Nhưng sau khi trò chuyện với cô chủ, chúng tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và yên tâm hơn rất nhiều. Không khí cũng trở nên dễ chịu hơn. Cô ấy cho chúng tôi cảm giác như một người thân lớn tuổi trong gia đình, giống như một người mẹ chăm sóc khách lưu trú. Het is een heel mooi hotel. Ik heb het geluk dat het nog niet algemeen bekend is. 1. De locatie is geweldig Ik ging elke ochtend op pad en keek op de fiets rond in Hoi An, en de locatie was geweldig omdat het slechts 2 minuten lopen naar de oude stad was! 2. Het ontbijt is heerlijk Er waren veel mensen die zeiden dat het ontbijt niet goed was, maar naar mijn maatstaven was het ontbijt oké. Ik ging met mijn ouders, die in de zestig zijn, en zij zeiden ook dat het ontbijt oké was. De ene dag was het een buffet. De ene dag moesten we kiezen tussen een Aziatisch menu en een Europees menu. Ik koos voor het Aziatische menu en heb er erg van genoten. 3. Het zwembad is zo mooi en leuk. Toen ik ging, was er niemand in het zwembad en het was een zeer Instagrambare accommodatie. 4. De kamer is groot en schoon. De kamer was erg groot en ruim voor twee personen, dus geschikt om uit te rusten. 5. Ik heb een rondleiding bij het hotel geboekt en zij hebben mij aan een goedkopere prijs gekoppeld. Ik wilde de Memory Show op de laatste dag zien, dus ik informeerde bij het hotel en ze bezorgden me tickets die goedkoper waren dan andere sites zoals My Real Trip en Klook. En op de laatste dag informeerden we naar een drop-off service naar de luchthaven en hadden een comfortabele reis toen ze ons naar de luchthaven brachten voor een lage prijs van 350.000 VND voor twee personen. Ik denk dat ik hier zal blijven de volgende keer dat ik naar Hoi An kom, en het was een goede plek om te verblijven, zelfs als ik naar de Nang kom. En meneer Dang bij de receptie was erg aardig!

Checked in late so same catogory rooms that we booked on the same level were all taken up. Highly appreciated that Hotel kindly upgraded our room so that we can stay at the same level as our parents. Hotel is newly built and room is clean. Can also cast content from the phone to the TV. Universal socket plug available. Only issue encountered was with the room service. I ordered breakfast at 6.30am and the orders were repeated when I placed them the previous night. The breakfast came at 6.45am and items were wrong. Dining department was quick to rectified the error and provided an additional fruit platter as apology. Despite this issue, I will still stay at this hotel if I am here the next time again.

Pretty good 4-star hotel. It’s right in front of my Khe beach so great if you wanna spend time on the beach. Plenty of food options nearby within 5-10 min walk. Else Grabcar is easy and very affordable too. They have a nice rooftop pool with good views. Breakfast is also a very good spread of local and western plus Korean and Indian options. You can also see the dragon bridge weekend 9pm Fire and Water shows from the rooftop pool and restaurant if you’re lazy to take a Grabcar there.

This hotel is relatively new, so the interior is modern. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. After checking out, I asked if I could store my luggage until 6 PM, and they happily accommodated my request. The location is excellent; you can walk to the beach. The room had a washing machine and even laundry detergent. There are also many restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. If I had to pick one minor issue, the air conditioner had a slight musty smell, but when I mentioned it, they said they would clean it that day, so I assume it's already resolved. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Da Nang in the future.

What an amazing experience to stay at this hotel when you are at Da Nang or Hoi An (only 50min of motorbike). The afternoon tea and breakfast are amazing and the options for dinner are for every budget and desire. A plus would be a water refill station for the resident who want to refill their bottle to visit without going by a new bottle before !

Dit hotel ligt op een toplocatie in het toeristische centrum van Da Nang. De kamers waren ruim en schoon. Het enige minpuntje was dat de badkamer geen hoofdingang had, maar alleen een douche, wat lastig was voor wie meer privacy zoekt tijdens het douchen.

The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay. But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming. Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay. On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard. Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

this place was very lovely and clean, especially for how cheap it was unfortunately during the heat we found it was impossible to walk to the old town or the beach, but we just got taxis which only cost about 50.000 dong so not a deal issue the only issue i had is that when we wanted to do laundry there was no one around at the reception desk, and the only contact number we'd been given if we needed anything was the number for that desk all in all, a very enjoyable stay, and we just had to do laundry somewhere else thanks to our hosts!!

There is a bathtub in the room and that works. In this cost its an average hotel, they don't clean everyday and that reflects in room quality also. But location and access is good and placebis quite reasonable.
