New and clean property with excellent personnel and management. My sister stayed here and they were very accommodating to her needs.

Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.

The AC didn't work in the building at large or in my individual room. The commode was dirty. The stopper in the bathtub did not work. Many breakfast options were displayed but "out of order" or empty. One front desk person was really nice, but the other was not.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked. Room, although clean, was in need of a couple of minor repairs.

1. The desk clerk needs to learn to speak English. I had a terrible time trying to communicate.
2. The maid service is practically non existent. I was there for three days and had to ask for clean towels everyday. The trash cans never got dumped.
3. My room had a funky odor (Vomit)
4. I won't be returning .

This trip was an emergency for my father. He in the hospital right near this hotel. Alexia has been outstanding and when she found out we were here bc of a hospital patient she was able to give us a discountv to help with all the fees of travel. Although i did not swim, they do have a pool.

This is a rundown, heavily used property. The managers appear to be inexperienced. We were given the keys to the wrong room when we checked in.

Problems with the TV Management kept me hanging for well over an hour with an issue I could have easily corrected if they explained to me what to do.
Carpet in the room was filthy
