Espectacular es la palabra. Instalaciones de 10, ubicación inmejorable, personal muy amable y atento siempre en todo. La habitación que nos.dieron una Suite era una pasada con la bañera en la.habitación
Y la planta Uniq es una experiencia maravillosa que tiene que contratar si vas a estar unos días.
La única pega es que si desayunas en la terraza no es el mismo buffet que en el salón y eso se entiende por tema logístico pero claro, pagas lo mismo y no es mismo buffet solo por disfrutar de la terraza. El resto es estupendo todo sin excepción.

Qua locatie en faciliteiten is dit hotel top. Aan het strand, een heerlijke zwembad en een goed buffet voor ontbijt en lunch. Verder een heerlijke SPA. Dus top.
Ons ontvangst was echter minder. Ramon, de jongen die ons hielp, was onvriendelijk. Ook had hij ons niet toegevoegd aan de WiFi lijst en was hij kortaf. Kortom, geen leuk ontvangst. Daarna was gelukkig wel alles goed geregeld en zijn collega's waren een stuk vriendelijker.

Mooie lokatie aan zee met goede nieuwe kamers en bedden. Heerlijk ruimhartig ontbijt.

I had booked this hotel specifically because it has a spa. I was disappointed to find out at check-in the spa would be closed for renovation the duration of my stay.
********** or the hotel should advise when booking is made if hotel facilities will be closed.
The hotel in general is good it is nicely positioned directly opposite the beach.
I was upgraded to a sea view room at check-in by Rossi who was a delight to deal with.
The standard of cleanliness was high and my room was comfortable however the food served in the buffet restaurant was average bland with very few authentic Spanish dishes served.

All of the staff were amazing; reception couldn’t be more professional, approachable and helpful, cleaning staff friendly and bar/restaurant team efficient with great service, thank you. It was a very busy weekend in Gandia but we never felt like anything we asked for or needed was any trouble, super relaxing. We will definitely go back to Gandia and will absolutely stay at this lovely hotel. Thank you for a fabulous stay.
